great profitability
Friendly staff, ample parking, good pool area.
Room with very thin pillows and old television. Controls with dead batteries, making it difficult to control the air conditioning.

Located in a prestigious area. 10 class of service
Just point out a few things, like the TV is too old. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, there are holes, but they are not.

24 hour front desk, they did not allow early check-in but provided a large bathroom and luggage storage at the front desk. Very nice room and cafe and helpful staff.
I didn't like the shower, there was little water and it was very hot. The coffee is great but they could have released it earlier due to the departure times of some of the tours.

If I lived in Natal I'd be there every month, but I'm from Recife, I've been there twice.
Service in general, especially from Paula, who welcomes us very well, not to mention a very cozy atmosphere, we are going for the second time and are going to return soon. Congratulations to the whole team, and the administrators too
There is nothing that I didn’t like; everything is very good, the room is very cozy, the pool is very good, easy to reach, great location, cleaning for 10 points. The staff were attentive and helpful.

I loved it, everything was perfect, especially the service provided by the girls Paula and Seisa in the cafe and the boys at the front desk. Perfect cleaning. Close to Ponta Negra beach. I highly recommend this, I will definitely come back whenever possible.

The hotel is close to everything, market, pizzeria, pharmacy. It is close to Ponta Negra Beach, within walking distance. Paula's service was great, she served us every day with a smile on her face and was always attentive to our requests.

The hostel is simple but very cozy! The breakfast is prepared with great love by Paula, who greeted us every day with a smile on her face! It's close to the beach, about 10 minutes walk from Ponta Negra! Near bars, pizzeria, market and pharmacies! Congratulations to Paula and thanks for everything!

Tasty breakfast. Nice staff. A very nice place.
- Suggestion: Since this is a beach, there might be a clothesline in the bedroom and a towel rack in the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang bath towels and beach clothes. - Rooms can be cleaned every day. They only perform when asked. - Wi-Fi could be improved.
