I liked everything: the building, the apartment, the security, the friendliness of the staff and Corretor Andrey.
There is a leak in the bathroom, in each bath the water has flowed out of the box. The glass table requires reinforcement when fastened. These are just observation platforms, including for better preservation of housing. I will definitely be back.

The owner of the apartment was very helpful. An unforeseen event happened in the apartment where I was, and at 23 o'clock I had to change. I placed an order and he immediately contacted me and provided entry along with the broker. The accommodation is great! Clean and impeccable dishes. We also used the pool in the building, which was great.

The comfort of the apartment is as in the photographs. The kitchen is very equipped and the people in the building are very friendly. And we always got a response from the owners for everything we need.
The sea view isn't direct, but it's like one of the photos to be seen from the side. The beach opposite is not a bathtub, so you have to walk a little to another beach to get into the water.

Suggestion: put a TV in the room as we were 1 couple and 2 kids, as my kids stayed in the room and so as not to interfere with their sleep ..

We enjoyed the communication with the owner who was very helpful and attentive, the welcome of Andrey who answered our messages and questions without words until our last stay, great location close to everything as we were provided with real photos of the entire environment, providing comfort for our entire family, courteous receptionists and helpful, calm, relaxed atmosphere. Great stay.
Nothing we didn't like, but we skipped the porch hammock to chill out late afternoon or with the evening breeze.

I really liked the structure of the house, and the apartment, and the location. Everything worked fine.
The linens are worn out, one even torn, and the Teflon pans are already completely aluminum. It would be nice to have an air conditioner in the living room for those who sleep on the pull-out couch.

There was no breakfast, but the bed was comfortable.
The room needs a more powerful fan or air conditioner, which is very hot. The view from the front apartment, without any privacy.

The value for money was the best. It is close to the commercial area: shops, greenery, supermarket and craft shops. Walking distance. It is 1.5 km from the best beach of Cabo Branco. Walk from the road. Good walk! The bedroom has an air conditioner. It was very helpful!
There is no breakfast at the hotel. Don't forget to buy the ingredients at Pão-de-Açúcar as soon as you arrive. There was no coffee maker. Make sure the paper filters and filter cone are in the cabinet. He could have an air conditioner in his living room and the best sports and movie shows on cable TV.

Excellent service, location, amenities and furnishings.
The bed and sofa bed are being renovated (urgently !!!), the pots (especially the frying pan) have already been repaired. It is also possible to add 1 (one) TV and 1 (one) fan in the room (improvement proposal).
