Wonderful view of the port of Itajai, super cozy room, beautiful bed, chairs to view the view, a supply of bathrobes after the bath, breakfast, service!
Delayed delivery of food and drinks to the room, that's all.

Service, comfort and location.
Lack of covid 19 protection, no one to look at the pool which was full and guests were not following hotel policies. This happened EVERY day I was there. There is an appointment by the pool on behalf of covid, I made an appointment and followed my schedule, but NONE of the other guests respected him. ABSURD! And nobody organized it. The pool was full of phlegm and dirty hair. Disgusting

The room was great, spacious and with a great view .. The bathroom has phytoervas shampoo and conditioner on the wall! AMAZING!! The gym is well equipped.
The pillows in the room were very soft and uneven ..

Excellent hotel, physical condition, cleanliness, pleasant.
It has no cable TV despite the information it offers. Only open channels, even if they come over cable, does not set up the understanding of closed channels on cable TV. Apart from the fact that they do not have cable TV channels available, they do not offer this option or Pay extra.

Brand new hotel, beautiful. Great view of the harbor from the room. Huge windows on the bed. Large and very comfortable beds. Relaxation area with pools, sauna and everything beautiful and new. Very nice and comfortable. We love this. It will probably be our choice again when we return to Itajai or Balneario.
When we arrived, there was an open bottle of juice under one of the beds. We asked for a cleanup and didn't ask for any apology. This was a very annoying inconvenience. Also, you only had to book the heated pool which was not very hot on some days. And a restaurant menu with multiple options for those who don't eat seafood.

Great structure but disappointed with cleanliness.
The hotel has a fantastic structure, large and comfortable rooms, good seating area, well located and despite being close to Porto, the acoustics in the rooms are very good and do not disturb at all.
The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, the toilet was dirty, and the floor was also unacceptable for a hotel of this size, especially in the midst of a pandemic. Also, bar service was terrible, staff unprepared and few options, we wanted to have a snack by the pool and the bar staff didn't know if they could take it or not and didn't even come back to find out we didn't have an answer.

New, beautiful and comfortable hotel, with a magnificent breakfast.
New hotel, beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. The location is central, with a beautiful and interesting view next to the port. Nice bed, great shower and great breakfast.
In fact, there are no shortcomings. Upon arrival, I got into trouble because I was given an apartment that was already occupied. The situation was awkward, which, apparently, was immediately corrected, but the minister who made the mistake wanted to blame the "system" and almost does not apologize. The hotel is very good, but prices, including parking, are not cheap.

The hotel is beautiful, from the side of the entrance, resting places, rooms, corridors.

The cleanliness is spotless, the hotel is beautiful and well located. Great bed, just need more pillows on the bed. Nice breakfast too. No major complaints.
