Excellent place
the location a few steps from Putiba and the proximity to various beaches are exceptional.
They could improve the internet signal and the location of the TV.

A great place to vacation
Proximity to the commercial area and beaches, good structure and very well maintained facilities
It could have room cleaning every day and more kitchen utensils such as cutlery, pots and pans

The room is comfortable.
Lack of sidewalk and puddles in front of the apartment. This is my second visit, and even in a dry summer I have to step on dirt or mud. It is difficult to get out on foot even with shops nearby. I know this is the duty of the city, but it's rather unpleasant.

Exceptional
The location is close to the main avenue of the city, as well as the beaches in the city center. Very nice environment, nice space, secluded. Very good value for money.

Clean place; well disinfected; comfortable beds; helpful clerk at the front desk; washing feet at the entrance, which is very convenient, given that the street, like most in the city, is not paved.

The apartment is very nice: large, complete, very organized, clean ... I liked it very much! I made my last minute reservation and it exceeded my expectations. It is well located, I highly recommend it.
There was only one thing missing: the pool. =) Because otherwise it wins for many hotels, even if they don't have breakfast.

The apartment has everything you need, good location near the center. Comfortable terrace and nice bed. Very expensive staff
There was a very strong smell in the bathroom.

Perfect
The facilities are great. It has everything, kettle, cutlery, glass, I felt at home. Barbara and Rodrigo were also very helpful. They follow covid protocols (I've seen the staff clean one of the rooms after guests leave and that's cleaning!) Pituba and beaches are very close and there is a grocery store and bakery nearby. When I return to Ithacar, I will definitely stay here.
I liked almost everything. But one suggestion is to put a mirror in the bedroom. I fixed myself by the reflection of the TV kkkkk, it would also help if there was another shelf in the bathroom.
