Nice presentation.
There was no soap, the kitchen sink faucet was off and the mattress was very poor.

Very good
The location is very good, in a very quiet residential area, close to everything. The accommodation is well equipped and has everything you need. The staff are very kind and helpful. It has a closed garage which is very practical.
The bed was not very comfortable. There was a bit of privacy as all the rooms are open to passage where there is an option to OR blackout (total darkness) for privacy OR everything is open. I propose to divide the blackout curtain.

The facilities are great, the atmosphere is family friendly and the hosts were very helpful. The loft is located in an elite residential area, very quiet.

The hosts are very attentive and care about your well-being. They love to help with tips and advice on which places in Florianópolis are worth visiting. Great experience!

We love the loft, very clean and organized, very well located and at a very good price. And the owners were relatives, were always available <3
I guess only the water filter was missing, the rest was very well equipped <3

All liked it !! Mainly the view from the bedroom. Good location, comfortable bed, Enrique is attentive. I missed the bike :)
I just didn't like the check out time at 12:00. Suggestion: Put on a cooler and set aside an outdoor seating area.

Perfect
My stay was very good. We were driving so it was easy to get to the beaches ... (both north and south) despite some traffic jams, which is normal in Floripe ... lol. Enrique and his mother Vera were great. Always gives advice and helps. I recommend.
Only the internet could be a little better. We always save photos to disk (on Google) to keep the cell phone from overcrowding. And it took a long time to download ... but browsing and using WhatsApp is super good.

I could write so much ... but I prefer to say that I just want to know how good it is. Enrique is a great host. The loft is small but very well equipped and cozy. The cleanliness is impeccable. It's like home. Those were great days. The location is perfect .... the center of the lagoon is very close and everything is there ... restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, market, ice cream parlor ... We were treated very well ... Vera (Enrique's mother) is a very dear person, as and Flavio, who became a friend. Anyway ... this was the best place we have stayed until today. We already have a comeback planned 😀 We just have to say thank you.
