No restaurant at night

The apartment was very dirty, air conditioning and bathroom were filthy. The internet was horrible too. The dirt was really discouraging, because the rest was fine.

There must be a better way to control the consumption of the foods in your room. And the offered blanket could have been better

The amenities are not that new ...

I have booked a room for a couple and a child. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no extra bed and it was a Who bed. Summary: I slept very badly. And the blanket was smaller than the only blanket.

The rooms need some basic maintenance like: some of the outlets were not working, the main lights in the room were not on, only the sides .... But nothing interfered with our stay.

You need to get out of the car to activate the intercom to get into the garage.

If you are renting an apartment with a kitchenette, you would expect plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans ... unfortunately the cabinets were empty and, upon request, the meager dishes were used in another apartment. The solution was disposable plates and cutlery. Unfortunately, this did not suit us.

When we entered the room, it smelled like mold. Hotel gym with broken appliances, very unreliable

There was hair in the bathroom sink, clogging up the sink. The stairs to the parking lot are a bit awkward.

I didn't just like the recreation areas, because the pool looks like a big one in the photos, when in fact it is quite small. The bathroom was also not very clean with women's hair and someone else's soap in the window. The jacuzzi looks deserted as nothing works and the water is dirty.

The cleaning staff has been cut. And it is not enough to wish for services

Cons: The bathroom window would not close, it was too cold and taking a hot shower with the window open was not cool. Lack of more accessible outlets near the bed.

Unfortunately the room is EXTREMELY light, we woke up at 7 am and could no longer sleep due to the light in the room, which bothered us a lot.

DOES NOT RECEIVE A CANCELLATION FOR SOME DAILY DAYS, THERE WAS NO CHANGE IN THE BOOKING. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT RETURNED EVER.

Logistics inside

No stock of glasses, plates and cutlery.

The room was quiet, but there were alarm / phone sounds in the hallway that rang for several hours. There was no hot water on the first day. The shower door did not close, the shower continued to drip. The window dimming would not close, so the glare was a bit bothersome. I arrived in the rain and was full of suitcases, but I had to unload the taxi myself because the front desk staff were talking and no one wanted to help me. Not that I needed help, but it looks like I was getting in the way.

Room cleaning not very good

Little room service. The walls are in need of painting and renovation of the sofa / armchairs.

Some walls and floors, due to the fact that they are old, rather dirty, painting and cleaning with a vaper will solve the problem. Laminate floors can be cleaner too.

No hair dryer

We ordered food but the hotel had no plates or cutlery.

Staying in apartment 801 which was very dirty and the air conditioner was short and smoky, we had to hurry to another apartment. In terms of service, all the staff are great. The second apartment was clean and tidy. Grateful

I asked for a room with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds. I didn't like it. There were 4 beds, and I had to move them together to make it a little uncomfortable to rest.

The cleanliness of the room is poor, the bathroom in the bedroom is small

The cleaning of the apartment can be improved. Leftover food lay on the armchair in the living room. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the soap dish in the shower was left with soap. Some items in the apartment need repair or maintenance, but nothing prevents me from recommending accommodation.

Wi-Fi didn't have a very good connection
