Pool too small.

Refrigerator supply

There was only one person at the front desk upon arrival, which created an unnecessary queue. I missed the "information" in the hotel room related to opening hours, services, internal phone lines, and even the list of available TV channels. For breakfast I think cleaning unoccupied tables should be faster, as I noticed during my stay guests stood waiting for a clean table and other guests “cleared” them to be able to use them. Since it has a 4-star rating and is owned by a well-known network, these small failures - which I believe are partly a return to "post-pandemic" activity - need to be corrected soon.

Location and value for money!

Everything went smoothly

Registration was very long

The bedroom floor was a little dirty, sticking to the shoes.

There are no signs on where to park the car as we do not know if the hotel had parking or not, there is nowhere to buy water, the nearest grocery store is 1.5 km away.

When I arrived, my booking was confirmed in my email, but Booking did not go to hotel booking. I got confused and went back to the end of the line, the situation was dire but the staff were attentive.

At 4:40 am in the next room people were talking and listening to very loud music, I don't know if they were employees or guests, but it seemed like the noise was inside my room. But this happened only from the first to the second day.

We are already registered on the network and every time we register, my partner's document is requested, even if our registration is found. The minibar must be filled according to the hotel category. In this case, I asked them to bring water to the apartment, but I was not served, I had to go down to get it.

There is nothing to complain about. Maybe there is already Heineken and water in the fridge.

During the check, the system was a little slow and took some time. But I was very well served, the reason for the delay was explained quite clearly. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant.

I twice asked to clean the bathroom, but no one came.
