Great mini hotel near the old town
Everything is great! Very hospitable and helpful staff. Good location relative to the old town. There are single rooms.

Acceptable price-quality ratio.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the center and Baščaršija. Relatively quiet neighborhood, without noise. The staff is extremely kind, cordial, to be commended!
The walls are extremely thin, every voice from the neighboring rooms can be heard. Bed not wide enough.

very good option in Sarajevo
The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious and pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good, at least first thing in the morning, good selection and they are making an omelette at the moment. The location is perfect, the only problem is going up and down the hill, but that's the information you already know before you go.
That, as I have already read in all the comments, they go crazy with the card, as a result, we pay in euros.

Nice house above the city
An old house that has always been taken care of so it is in excellent condition. Situated on a slope near the old town and with free parking in front of the front door, it is ideal for drivers.
The coffee was very "light" and the breakfast room very "plush".

Everything was perfect.
Everything was extraordinary. The best place in all of Sarajevo. The staff were also very nice and friendly and the hotel is very clean. Not far away from the center. I really recommend anyone in Sarajevo to book this hotel.

Fine
This hotel is located at the beginning of a mountain, the center of Sarajevo is at the very foot of this mountain. Walking to the hotel from below (i.e. from the center) is not far / long, but quite steep. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was ok, the bathroom unfortunately had some unnecessary blemishes if you ask me, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was ok. Good thing we were able to use the free parking. Tip: There is a cable car about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, which goes all the way to the top of the mountain, from where you can enjoy great views. If you're in Sarajevo, it's definitely worth taking this cable car up (and maybe down again)!

Despite a few quirks, a pleasant stay
The view is great, the staff is very nice and you can get to the old town of Sarajevo quite quickly. The path is quite steep and not necessarily suitable for everyone, directions for drivers would be helpful, otherwise not everyone can climb the steep road.
The shower cabin is worn out, the additional jets and the controller are faulty. The fridge hums quite loudly, we weren't happy with an overnight stay, but longer you can expect more from a premium room, even in Bosnia.

Everything was good, but the equipment has room for improvement
The location is very good, very close to the city center. The staff was very nice! And there was air conditioning.
Our room was very poorly soundproofed to the next room, the windows were not well closed.

Cozy hotel in a beautiful location
The triple room is large. Despite the location on the outskirts of the center (on a hillside), the city center is very easy to reach on foot and in a short time. Quiet place.
The breakfast coffee was terrible. There is no option to pay by card. Negligent wait staff at breakfast: sweatpants and t-shirts don't go well with the pleasant atmosphere.

Good location. Walking distance to everything. Next to it is the Martyrs Cemetery.
The equipment is old. Something broke that update. Especially the bathroom. The bedside lamp has no bulbs 💡

Stylish accommodation in a small hotel
The hotel is in a nice location very close to the city center. The rooms are stylishly furnished, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. The staff was very accommodating. Parking is on a public road, but finding a free parking space was not a problem. We would love to come back here in the future.
The bathroom in the room could use a minor maintenance intervention - loose toilet seat, no light above the mirror and loose shelf under the mirror.

Very good hotel in Sarajevo
The friendliness of the hosts was truly exceptional, we enjoyed visiting this place. The location is superb, just a few minutes from the old town. The air conditioned room with a fridge was quite spacious. Everything was clean
The only problem was the dilapidated bathrooms and bedding, but this does not prevent you from enjoying this city for several days.

Good hotel close to the center
Just two minutes walk from the Old Town Hall. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff, prepared breakfast for us even earlier on the day of departure.

Great location. Good staff. However, many small, avoidable defects prevent a higher score from being awarded.
The location is excellent. In close proximity to the old city, but you don't hear the hustle and bustle there. It is visually pleasing to look at the object, although not always functional.
This is the sum of many little things that disturbed the well-being a little. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as taking criticism kindly. However, implementation has been delayed. Unfortunately, in the rooms on the entrance side, you can often hear the staff or other guests standing in front of the door and smoking there. And, unfortunately, you can smell it too. There were many minor annoyances in the room itself, but since we didn't want to grumble about everything, we only reported a few. It is generally accepted that a weak pressure of water in the sink cannot be eliminated immediately. But the wobbly toilet seat was very annoying. Our report was received kindly and passed on, and we were told that someone would fix it the next day. But no one came, and so every use of the toilet became a balancing act. The TV remote was missing. Since the hotel was fully booked by that time, they could not provide us with rooms from other rooms. Still alright. But even after some of the guests had left and the rooms had vacated, no one had the idea to bring us the remote control from the other room. Further criticisms may only apply to the room booked. Unfortunately, the small storage table was also very wobbly, so we did not put, for example, full water bottles on it, because otherwise they would fall at the slightest vibration. The shelf above the washbasin was solid and not wobbly, but was attached at a slight angle, so that some things slipped perilously close to the edge and threatened to fall into the washbasin. The sliding doors in the closet kept getting stuck. In general, it is recommended to regularly check the object for the presence of such minor defects and eliminate them. Individually, everything is quite insignificant, but in general, and with a long stay, it’s just very annoying. Periodic room service is also desirable.

Highly recommended with a few minor downsides
The accommodation is located just 300 m from the old town and the lower cable car station. Our apartment was on the top floor with a fantastic view of the old town. The staff is very helpful with problems.
Few free parking spaces. Partially soiled dishes in the bathroom (necessary to clean the holder for the brush and the cabinet under the sink). The light above the sink didn't work.

Excellent hotel
The hotel was really 500 m from the center. We were greeted by a very friendly girl from the reception, showed us the parking lot and took us to our rooms. Freshness was felt throughout the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the towels and bed linen are soft. Breakfast for everyone (scrambled eggs, hot dogs, boiled eggs, sunke, kackavalja, cheese, sweet breakfast...). We left the hotel very satisfied. Sometime when we come to Sarajevo again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
The cemetery is next to the hotel, but only for the first moment did we girls feel uneasy. The boys didn't mind it at all. Then we look in the other direction and see the center.

Very well located hotel with very nice staff.
The location is great. Within walking distance of the old town of Sarajevo. The spacious room was well heated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are very nice and always try to help you. We left the hotel at 6 am, and they left us ready-made sandwiches for the road.

The bathroom with a seal was installed, but it was not washed (dirty), the toilet bowl was all stained from previous use. At the front desk they pretended to be stupid that they didn't understand the language and wanted to charge me again for what I paid. Half an hour to clarify the situation.😡
