Very good !
New apartment, well equipped, location for walking Coffee capsules, milk and tea available 1 roll of toilet paper and towel Soap and shower gel also available
A broom was missing, we were able to find one in the garage (with the sand when we returned it was not obvious there were some) a blanket also in the cupboard of the top garage! On the other hand, it was impossible to get your hands on a pick-up, it was a bit complicated The Wi-Fi an error in the translation of the manual a character is missing, we were able to find it in the other languages fortunately lol

We liked the location, cleanliness, decor and the helpful host.
It would have been good if there were also dishcloths and bath towels.

Wonderful short break
The location is great, you walk through the door in the garden and you are in the middle of the dunes. In less than 5 minutes you can reach the sea. The property is fenced all around, which is great for a family with small children. Of course, a lot of people also go for walks there and the hedges between the terraces aren't that dense yet, so there's not much privacy. In any case, it didn't bother us, just like the tram in front of the house. Of course, this is audible, especially in the evening from the bedroom. But that wasn't tragic for us either. Rather, we liked the proximity to the beach, the promenade and the great playground.
The apartment could have been a little "cleaner". I don't want to say that the apartment was dirty, but the windows were so smeared. The beautiful window front was totally covered up. The window in the bedroom was dusty, so that you could hardly look out. The dishes partly still dirty. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the holiday and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.

Fun and repeatability within a short period of time!
A short distance to the dam and shops, restaurants, etc... In general, the location!
Outside there is little privacy on the terrace and the place itself was very hot. Consider too little insulation. Lots of noise from neighbors with kids you heard !

Good accommodation, there is almost everything.
Location. Self-registration by code. Clear communication with the host.
Hygiene - at first glance, everything is clean, a little less in detail. There were no kitchen herbs, not all pots and pans were clean.

Very interesting concept
Ideal location close to tram and direct access to the dam. New, modern, pleasant and well equipped building, two parking spaces on the property.
A small minus, there was no one to talk to, everything is controlled by home automation.

Very nice dune apartment
Beautiful new and cozy apartment in a great location on the dunes. Good connection.
The only thing is that the house is quite noisy and you can’t choose your neighbors and the coastal tram.

Too hot apartment with no air conditioning, but good location.
The location is very good. Close to the dunes and the beach. The garden was a pleasure to stop in the late afternoon/evening with the setting sun.
Upon arrival in the apartment/studio it was 28.5 degrees. Surprisingly, there was no air conditioning. Day 2 it was even 29.5 degrees inside (in the shade! The roller blinds were down) It's not clear there wasn't even a fan. There are no active extractors in the toilet and shower. It was damp and musty. Even the paint in the toilet was peeling off from the humidity. The apartment (rather a studio...) is extremely poorly isolated from noise. You can follow the conversations of your neighbors, you can hear how hard the front door closes, you hear EVERYTHING! The bed was "only" 1m60 wide and not the most comfortable. Quite expensive for what it was. Next time we will return to the hotel.

Pleasant stay that more than lived up to expectations
Particularly well located and the terrace with garden and parking are a big advantage. The information provided by the owners ensured that everything went smoothly.

Wonderful holiday
Everything was fine. Really. Location, accommodation, finishes, secure and free parking, everything near the dunes, 5 minutes walk from the center, new and modern rooms... everything was very good. Nothing to say. I highly recommend.
Everything was in place. We had a wonderful holiday. The only thing, but really, because it needs to be said, is that there is no privacy on the terrace, but other than that it was really very good.

A very enjoyable stay at the edge of the dunes in a location that exceeded all expectations.
Nice and sleek building with private parking and additional storage / garage for bicycles, nicely finished, next to the dunes, with a private terrace and garden. Everything is on one level, well equipped kitchen.
Noise from the adjoining room / corridor enters the room through the kitchen ventilation. The privacy of the terrace, the bushes still need to grow a little, but everything will be fine.

Modern accommodation close to the beach. Nice surface. Bed linen is ok. Convenient parking.
The downside was that Middelkerke was under construction. The center and dams were really not welcome.

Nice rest, you can step into the dunes, but still not far from the center.
Good location and relaxing stay. New complex, everything is in order and in very good condition.
No umbrella, no canopy. A passing coastal tram wakes up in the morning.

Super modern building, spacious and very well decorated. Direct access to the dunes. Very nice terrace. Guarded parking. Top!
Coffee machine: finding suitable capsules is not easy :-) While waiting for the hedges to grow, a little separation with other terraces.

Great stay in a fantastic location
Neat, well-equipped kitchen and relaxation. A beautiful southern garden adjoining the dunes. Nice view, etc. to the dam / beach / sea.
Small note: tea or coffee is not provided. Small towels. Sheets for the sofa bed are not provided. This is really nit-picking because it was really good.

Beautiful house in the dunes with stunning views and a beautiful terrace.
The location and the beautiful architecture of the building. With large windows overlooking the dunes. There is a lot of light in the living room. No keys needed, good home automation. Everything is very well maintained and of good quality.
Small towels in the shower, but not necessary. Quite noisy building, but with quiet neighbors. Absolutely no problems with traffic, noise from the street

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay
proximity to the dunes and the beach. The sun terrace was lovely. The salon is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. It is very convenient to work with access codes, there are no more problems with keys. Gated parking is also convenient.
wifi didn't work anymore (needs many tries). The login screen did not appear. Sometimes it would suddenly work without logging in, other times you had to forget about the network through settings and then reconnect. The towels were too small for us to shower. We also expected more dishwasher pillows. we went to buy it. We also don't think we should pay for waste (this is the first time).

The perfect weekend getaway
It was a nice, very clean apartment. It was also very simple that we didn’t need a key and everything was done with a code. The apartment has a wonderful view of the dunes a short walk from the sea. The private parking is very practical.

Work in front of the house, because of which we had to make a big detour to get to the territory; this work is probably finished now.

Westend in the dunes
Perfectly located luxury ground floor apartment with terrace / garden. Close to dunes and beach. In Westend, there is a small but cozy center with the necessary shops. You can easily reach Nieuwport or Middelkerke by tram. Parking on site for cars and a garage for bicycles.
We didn't have bath towels and a kettle. We must not forget this next time.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!
Mostly we liked the location with a south facing terrace and garden, next to the dunes, tram and walking, and also the very comfortable services in the apartment (very nice and well furnished decoration, everything new and very good logistics.nickel).
We appreciated less messy connections with neighbors (little privacy near the terraces), poor insulation (we hear TV from other apartments) and slightly overpriced cleaning costs (given that we have to be careful). most of the storage).

A blissful apartment in a blissful environment; just not excellent because of the noisy walls.
Beautiful location in the dunes, walking distance to the beach, beautiful modern building with lots of natural light, great bed and all kitchen facilities! As well as hygiene and safety with workable home automation. Parking was included. Ideal for both hikers and beach fanatics. Nice briefing in advance.
As much as we liked it: the plasterboard walls - we were in an average apartment - still let in a lot of noise, despite the adaptations ... Fortunately, we had respected neighbors. Could it also be more informative in tips for disposing of waste, in particular organic waste? Or maybe you would suggest your own solution for GFT?

The location is perfect, everything is close by, beach, dunes and shops. Tram in front of the door. Very clean apartment. The kitchen is spacious and nothing is missing. The car can be parked on site, and this is definitely a plus.

The apartment is fully equipped, nothing is missing, you feel at home. Perfect cleanliness and especially great location overlooking the dunes, wonderful tranquility! In less than 2 minutes walk you are on the beach! Heating is excellent during this very cold period, already at a good temperature upon arrival, it is very pleasant. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and TV connected to the Internet. Guarded parking. The fully fenced property is very practical for children. Nearby shops on foot. Recommend without reservation.

Super care! Everything was well arranged to be able to enter (contactless), good corona protection. In addition, the apartment was in excellent condition, brand new, the kitchen is well equipped. From the living quarters one could watch the sun set behind the dunes. Necessarily!

Great location and nice apartments, but certain points may be better accessible
Great location on the dunes and close to the dam. Lovely new apartment. Everything was more than well equipped with furniture, linens and bath towels. Adequate parking space behind a closed gate. Beautiful terrace overlooking the dunes and the evening sun.
No mosquito nets and / or air conditioners. Because of this, we had a lot of mosquitoes on the first night, when it was quite warm then. Some things in the apartment were very poorly finished (especially the tiles around the shower faucet, this will damage the water if nothing is done). The bottle holder of the fridge door couldn't snap into the door panel enough, so after half an hour we were immediately on the floor with a broken bottle of wine and could start cleaning.

Nice place, with your feet in the dunes.
Great location, wake up in the morning with a view of the dunes, close to the dam and the beach. Although the location is on the main strip, this does not bother you. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished. Also ideal as a base for trips to other coastal towns.
