Have a nice rest
Super rich and varied breakfast (the Looza orange juice is delicious!) with sandwiches, croissants, pain au chocolat, cold cuts, coffee... all for 12 euros.

Central hotel with friendly staff
The room was very large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was next door in a bar, but it was very rich. Very nice hotel staff

Perfect
Good plentiful breakfast. Super friendly lady who checked in took care of the breakfast. What pleasantly surprised me was that I casually mentioned that I forgot my toothbrush, and a few minutes later the toothbrush and toothpaste were at my door. This is truly top notch service!

Great stay in a very cute little town
Very friendly welcome, we arrived well before the time (12:30) when the room was supposed to be available for us from 15:00 after checking that the cleaning had been done, the receptionist invited us there I loved it

Nice hotel but some problems
The bed was great. And a good breakfast
The street was not visible, the window is very high. Soap dispenser didn't work. The TV failed. Or the battery of the remote control is low. But it also did not work with the buttons on the TV. Electricity passes with a tape attached to the plug (very dangerous)

Quite ok for this price.
Good full breakfast, only we waited in the breakfast room while it was in a cafe nearby. Booking.com also does not state that breakfast is not included.
It would be better if there was a separate light. And you couldn't hang the shower head properly.

Cheap hotel in the small town of Tho
Hotel Du Perron is a small hotel in the center of Théo. The price is what you pay in a location close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Also compared to the big neighboring Spa, where hotels are no longer affordable for a small fair.
If you book in the summer, make sure you don't sleep on the top floor. This is an attic room that sits directly in the sun, so it can get quite tropical here at night. And there is no air conditioning in the room

very expensive for what logically i should have been in the blue palace hotel in the thermal baths for less price the hotel had a swimming pool with sauna due to the flood we had to change hotel unfortunately i had cobwebs in them to pick up In short, the bathroom is not terrible at all

Clean room with fridge. Warm welcome, especially in connection with the recent flood (in the courtyard of a makeshift bar in the courtyard of the house 100 meters away). Rather quiet.

Loved a short break in a pretty cozy village.
Everything met my expectations: the opportunity to sleep well in a good bed, the opportunity to have a hearty breakfast to walk all day. It gave me great pleasure that I was able to get into the room a little earlier.

Very clean and nice bed. Also a pretty village. Good location for visiting nearby towns.
The reception was not as warm as I was used to, but this, of course, may be due to the "crown time". We had a room under the roof so it was quite warm. We deliberately did not eat breakfast and were glad of it. When we passed in the morning in the breakfast room, it was not so comfortable to sit there, without music and a strange atmosphere. But overall our stay was definitely good value for money. Ideal for budget accommodation in the Ardennes.

Very disappointed.
Bedding and owner's reception.
Stuffy attic (29 degrees outside, 32 inside), strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. No one met us at breakfast, and the table was not set. We were forced to ring the bell at the reception and wait until a very unpleasant person deigns to come up and barely wipe one of the tables not cleared from the previous tables and literally throw dishes and cutlery there. Terrible buffet: buns, croissants, buns with chocolate, a slice of ham, a slice of cheese and senseo! Microwave oven for heating milk or hot water for tea. Bananas and apples are not washed (labels are still stuck on). No one returns the keys to the reception.... All for 110€ with dinners (12€ per person). It's unfortunate .... Too bad the boss saw after 3 minutes on arrival looked nice.

Do not repeat yourself.
Great room with lots of wardrobes and a nice bathroom.
They seem to be closed on Mondays so we had to wait an hour (outside) to check in and wait 45 minutes in the morning for someone to bring breakfast. It's a shame because otherwise it's a good hotel.
