Locally located.
The price quality. It was fairly expensive for what the hotel exuded.

Looking at the price alone, it was a good deal
The heart of Leuven and a bit of the price too. very large room
Many defects inside the hotel room such as window that does not close, the handle was half hanging. in the bathroom socket where pieces are lying out. no kettle coffee or tea in the room. The hotel's brasserie and bar were closed so you couldn't get anything to drink.
