Get some fresh air
View - direct access to the dam and the beach - modern and practical furniture - grocery stores within walking distance
wardrobe over the bed (hard hat recommended ;-))

I came, I saw, I liked it.
Very nice apartment with a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the dam. The location is very good, located on a dam with direct access to the beach and the sea. Shopping centers about 400 m (Delhaize).
Too bad it's not wheelchair accessible, handicapped or elderly who have difficulty climbing stairs as the lift doesn't reach the penthouse. No radio.

Stunning
Decor, sea view, location Ideal for 2 people
Our oldest dog, 10 years old, cannot climb stairs due to back problems. Unfortunately it doesn't say anywhere that the elevator only goes to the 6th floor and you have to take the stairs up to the floor above to get to the apartment.

Alles perfect
The apartment is well located, clean, well-groomed, comfortable. Access is easy and contact with the owner is also very pleasant.

irreproachable. Spacious kitchen appliances, a sufficient number of cutlery, crockery and glasses. Dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob: everything is fine. But especially the rooftop terrace: very spacious, pleasant, discreet, fantastic view. Equipped with a garden table and garden chairs with cushions.
Seven floors below is the bakery, which blows delicious baking air through a duct from the early hours of the morning. We couldn't open the front door with the horn due to lack of guidance. At the transition from parquet to laminate in the living room there is a covering with dangerous splinters for those who walk barefoot. The cleaning before leaving went smoothly but was a surprise we didn't foresee.

Absolutely our thing and affordable. If you are looking for peace, it is ideal.
we have no comments. Everything was to their liking. Application, location and service. The owner was always available for questions about the app.
large terrace but with division between neighboring apartments it would be ideal. There was no one there now, but I wouldn't like it if they were there. Application owner. we saw nearby, he understood this and went to discuss it with the owner. This will definitely be a plus for the application.

Lovely apartment
The photos were very close to reality and the value for money was very good. Great apartment.
The place was very far from the center, but we knew that in advance.

The accommodation was enough for 2 people.
The location was very good, right on the waterfront. The apartment had a very nice terrace and the necessary equipment. Contacting the property owner and handing over the keys was easy.
The sofa in the living room has seen better days (very shabby and smells like animals). In my opinion, accommodation will be designed for 4 people. possible, but not enough.

Sea view... It was very neat...
There were no advance messages to bring sheets and towels. Also in connection with the collection of keys, how this will take place was only communicated after payment.
