Pleasant stay for the family in the middle of nature
The great location, nice shower, mattress and parking!
The thinness of the walls and the constantly noisy corridors. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls. And the lack of signage to find your room. Maybe make access from the outside for rooms 600 & more, because 2 elevators & 3 corridors, it's restrictive.

Child-friendly hotel with lots of activities
top location, very child-friendly, lots of activities in the area. friendly staff, tidy rooms, not big but very functional.
the breakfast was okay, but the room where breakfast was taken was not cosy. it was cold and bare.

Very clean nice employees top restaurant
Room for 3 adults and 1 child. There was 1 double bed and 2 beds in heights, so the 3rd adult had to climb the ladder and sleep above, it is not easy.

The smile and good humor of the staff the setting of the hotel the tranquility and the breakfast is varied and complete I would return without hesitation
Just a coffee machine in the hall nothing to eat lacks a dispenser for snacks when you come home late and not all the rooms have their bathrooms renovated...nothing serious for the value for money

Top stay price quality, second time we came, we will definitely come back!
the location of the accommodation is great, both for walking and for going to durbuy city. Very friendly staff and breakfast very extensive for 15 euros PP. very neat room and bathroom too!
the noise that the ventilation kept making at 7am. on our last visit we did not have this problem.

Nicely located and well maintained hotel
Nice room, equipped with extra things such as an infrared lamp in a sitting area. The location is nicely secluded, beautiful view with plenty of hiking opportunities through nature. There are plenty of options in the area. The hotel has nice extras such as a fire pit with marshmallows which you can reserve for a fee and a spa salon.
The shower had a soft spray, you have to love that. The pillows were also on the soft and small side.

Super nice and neat rooms! It was my daughter's birthday and the room was beautifully decorated on request. A small surprise for the dog, very thoughtful! Very nice area, I would definitely like to explore further in good weather. The breakfast was very varied and delicious, don't understand the negative comments here at all.
It is a pity that the dog was not allowed to go anywhere, for example in the bar.

Good location and price ratio.
Location.
Cumbersome to get to our room. 2 elevators were needed. Actually, it was easier through the outside doors, but colder. The corridors on the basement floor are also very narrow. We also had 2 prams and the children could not step next to them. Same problem in the elevator. Due to fire pits at the entrance and open doors, there was an enormous smoke smell in the hallways.

Me and my dog were warmly welcomed. He even has a toy and cookies. The room was ok and clean. The location is great. You can go to the forest. The breakfast was very plentiful, the only pity is that it has to be eaten in the room.

We liked it and it was exactly as described on Booking.com.
An ideal holiday as a base for walks and culinary journeys, especially for families with small children. The rich breakfast buffet in the pleasant room was very plentiful and delicious. Staff communication was excellent. We had our 2 dogs with us and the arrangements for this were communicated correctly and clearly in advance. All our questions were always answered and we were even informed in advance that there are youth groups present during our stay and if we wish we can change the time of our stay. As a former scout and former ciro, we certainly didn't care. We even thought it was great to see young people enjoying their stay. In my opinion, the youth hostel and sleeping quarters are also as inconspicuous as possible and somewhat separated from each other. In short, we enjoyed our stay at Mont Des Pins. If you stay there, you should definitely climb the big mountain across the street and enjoy the view of the entire region.
The room does not have a large wall mirror, which is important for ladies ;-) .

Beautiful environment. Great room and good staff service. For example, we received a call saying that the restaurant was closed that evening and made a printout of restaurants in the area, including delivery restaurants. Offered cutlery and plates and apologized for the inconvenience.
At one time it was busy and had the last parking space in the parking lot.

The extra beds in the room are very small. For a child it is quite normal (as it was intended for us), but for an adult it seems to me a bit narrow.

Even though single beds were not counted, this was neatly arranged by the staff. Even though we arrived just before the final arrival time, we were greeted very friendly!
When booking I chose twin beds, upon arrival it turned out that they did not go through. Said I had to pass it on but when booking I chose a special double room with 2 single beds.

The hotel is very well located, with good staff, especially the gentleman who was just great, the decoration of the room, the services offered, the fact that there are many things for the little ones..
Bed (two mattresses are too big for the base of the bed, so if you bend over the edges of the bed you have tea...) no air conditioning, the rooms were very very hot

Pleasant stay, close to many excursions but still very quiet. Highly recommended!
The breakfast was very varied and tasty, it's a pity that there were no utensils. Otherwise great! The rooms (including the bathroom) were very tidy, the bathroom was very good./ The staff were very friendly. You could see there were jobs at work during the holidays, but that wasn't a problem. Only in the bar sometimes a long wait.
we wished there was a pool or something to give the kids a refreshing or fun time in the water. The kids who were at the camp were a little pissed off in the evening, luckily they had to go to bed around 11pm as well.

Nice and clean room. Lots of different seating areas outside with cozy lighting in the evening. Friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was of good quality and fast service. Nice playground next to the terrace.
Sometimes drinks orders are served slowly. It's not a disaster in and of itself... Self-service can help if the staff is busy or understaffed.

It's ok, free parking and it's really all fantastic, you can play everything they have from balls to ping pong rackets, very soft and relaxing air. Especially for children, this is the best game for them.

Frame. The welcome and friendliness of the staff, the facilities available and the services offered, the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is very varied, which allows everyone to find what they are looking for. Spacious wellness room and the best equipment :) Nice little walk starting from the estate with beautiful viewpoints. GOOD STAY overall.
The restaurant offers meals according to the time slot; more flexibility and variety for time slots from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. I would like to find a traditional "Ardennes plate" in the restaurant's offerings for food for the evening and tasting local produce for the aperitif. The location of our room was not ideal: quite noisy (above the bar terrace and the entrance).

Nice stay, lovely people in a beautiful area
The staff is very friendly and gives good advice. We had a room on the ground floor, at the end of the corridor, near one of the front doors and a few steps outside, which is perfect for a dog. The room was a good size (there were 4 of us) and the luxurious bathroom appears to have just been refurbished. The beds are good, everyone slept well. The place is beautiful, you can go straight into the forest and go up the hill and then it is recommended to follow the path. Durbuy is a very pretty village nearby and the adventure park is only 10 minutes away. Lots of activities for adults and children on site or in the area.
We didn't try the breakfast and spa which were quite expensive at 15 euros per person and 60 euros for two respectively. I had the idea that this was of little use, and I would suggest cutting prices in half. There is little else to note. Since it was very hot, it would have been nice if there was a pool, but then the price would probably have been higher. By the way, there are places nearby where you can swim or take a dip in the water (in Urta). Pillows were a bit soft but tastes vary of course.

We were in the Ardennes for a few days and that was our goal.
Beautiful room in a well maintained home. The hygiene was excellent as well as the breakfast.
With half a view of the rest of the valley, because the high vegetation prevents an unobstructed view. The restaurant could use some updates. An eye-pleasing card, but there is no half, and one cannot get enough of what is. It was a good few days, but the cooking was definitely disappointing.

On one of the nightlights they found a lens, not bad in itself, but it would be better not to find it in a cleaned room, the wire from the nightlight was also broken and only repaired with adhesive tape, I didn’t think it was very safe.

A very nice stay in a beautiful environment.
The geographical position is exceptional among nature, while remaining close to the train and local shops (beware of the height difference, however). The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was varied and fresh. The bathroom was spacious and very beautiful.
The room was cramped for 3 people. I expected a double bed and a bunk bed. It was actually a bunk bed. We adapted and the holiday went well, but the bad weather could have made it less enjoyable. The curfew in the rooms at 22:00 was not respected by some vacationers, which is very bad.

Nice environment, great hotel for a short stay
Beautiful surroundings, fifteen minutes drive from old Durbuy which is really beautiful. Playground, cozy recreation areas around it! Nice to walk around the hotel and relax, including having your own picnic or the like. The room was spacious, modern bathroom, with fun rollaway cots for the kids! (4 and 7) Great for a night on the road! Room rate without breakfast is also good!
The check in time between 4 pm and 6 pm is a bit limited and doesn't give us the option to go out to eat or anything like that. Online registration was possible, but then it was necessary to enter passport data, which we preferred not to do. Our hotel room was within walking distance of the car park (most recent room in the right wing), luckily we didn't have much luggage! The hotel restaurant had limited capacity so we could only have lunch if we ate late which was a shame. We did not book (as we had warned in advance) because we wanted to look at the place, so it was inconvenient later. Breakfast is relatively on the expensive side. The rooms are noisy; woke up from the neighbors.

It can be reached by train, but everything needed for activities could be done by car or bike. There is no bike rental at the hotel so we had to go to Palonia first.

Fun for families!
Super nice family room..kids slept above us in rollaway beds...it's really well done. Very beautiful and green area and lots of activities for kids, bouncy castle, table tennis, football, bare foot track, etc.
A very illogical layout of the rooms, every time they searched, but they decided well, turning it into a kind of treasure hunt. There is no air conditioning in the room...when the sun shone in the room all day, we could only go up to the room until 10 o'clock and open everything against each other...but enjoy sitting at one of the many picnic tables. play games to pass the time

The offer I made the booking didn't match the room we got.
Great hotel if you're traveling with a young family, but we didn't fall into that category.
Booking.com offered me a triple room. I even had to explicitly state if I want 3 single beds or a double bed with a single bed. I chose the latter. Good photos on the site of a nice double bed with a bedside table on both sides, in a spacious room with a third mezzanine bed with a stationary staircase. I thought it would be nice to be in a larger room because I was there with my granddaughter and so I accepted the offer. We received: a small room in which 2 beds of 80 cm were placed opposite each other; there was not even a table at which to sit together. When I asked about it, the waiter said: and you two, right? Can I make an extra bed for you (which pulls out from the wall closet)? I thank you for your efforts. We left the next day.

The smell in the bathroom (mold behind the walls?), in summer in good weather above 24-25 degrees, there is no indoor or outdoor pool on the territory, only 1 bottle of water in the room for 4 people for a stay of 3 days / 2 nights is not much (2- 3 bottles seems to us the absolute minimum).

Very friendly staff, happy to help! Breakfast was an extensive buffet with something for everyone to suit different diets! In the immediate vicinity there is something for kids to do in terms of game attributes. You can also go straight to the forest for a nice walk.
The bathrooms don't have a mechanical extractor fan so it gets humid/warm quickly when taking a shower.

Cheap and clean weekend getaway!
The price-quality ratio is excellent! The room is very clean and spacious. We had a superior room for 4 people. Breakfast was ok. Perhaps too expensive in relation to the price per night. 15 euros per person, while the room rate for 4 people for 2 nights is just over 50 euros per person, which is very cheap. The staff comes across as inexperienced and chaotic/tense, unnecessary in my opinion.
The staff looks inexperienced. A mini-fridge in the room would have been nice.

Reception at check-in and check-out (not billed). Location. Car park. The wellness part of the room was beautiful and immaculate. Comfortable room. Great choice for breakfast.
Room location. There was no view in the room (film on most windows). There is no table, no chairs, not even an armchair in the room.

Ideal for family holidays
In a quiet location, in the woods and with a large playground. The bathroom is very modern and tidy.
There were too many news and phone calls for us. When we check in, do we want to have breakfast, general information. If you could do everything by email. Breakfast at 15 euros per person was too expensive for what you get!
