Underfloor heating not efficient, radiators in Living room defective or not functional, stove had to be cleaned first. Unheated toilet, uncomfortable bed. Stairs dangerously steep.

No oven available The water heater is broken, the toilet is very dirty, the bathroom is very dirty, the whole apartment is dirty even the curtains were stained glass, the apartment was not cleaned through The shower cabin is free, the beds are worn out, the cherry laurel in the garden spreaders and they are very toxic to children and dogs ,

Unfortunately it looks bigger than in the photos. The two rooms on the top floor were ok, but it always sounded like someone was passing by in a tank. but it depends on the design.
