very central
apartment in a very central but quiet area
hot water pressure in the shower absolutely to be fixed, we took a long time to take a shower because very little hot water came out. cleanliness to improve

Brussels, a very welcoming city, I would have liked to be in another hotel.
I was not comfortable in the accommodation; It was a small apartment in very poor condition from the ground up; furniture; bed; lamps etc
I did not like anything; I could only highlight the good location that it had, 2 blocks from the great square.

If you are looking for cheap accommodation in downtown Brussels, but you don't need or have the money for a hotel, this is perfect.
Comfortable small apartment in the city center, small kitchen, bathroom, good bed for 4 people.
It was not.

The owner provided us with a different accommodation than expected, dirty, unsanitary. Ventilation not possible, bed not in use. Very noisy place at night.

Centrally located
The central location was very good for day time. It's a different place than listed, really right in the center. Glad we were able to book so short in advance. We were promptly notified with the address and instructions. The welcome drink was ready.
The toilet was very very dirty. And since it was a different location, we had to cancel the reserved garage again. Not a disaster, but a bit inconvenient. In addition, the first night I was regularly awakened by the sound of people walking, and I usually sleep soundly.

I was given a studio instead of an apartment for no reason....
The location is the best thing about this apartment. Welcome pack with sweet champagne and water Sufficiently clean towels
We booked an apartment with a bedroom and when we arrived where we indicated, we were surprised that this was a studio, the photo had nothing to do with it, when contacting the owner, he told me that this apartment had not been free for 12 months due to the covid situation, so I insisted to rent an apartment, not a studio. I came back to look at the apartments to book another one and by chance found that the apartment I had rented was available on booking. After informing the owner, it was there that he agreed to exchange me for what I paid. I don’t understand why you need to deceive people, lie and waste time to rent another apartment. It’s also quite cold, there is only heating in the living room, there is no heating in the bathroom and there is very little hot water, the hygiene is terrible.

Unbearable value for money!
Only polite and helpful contact on arrival and departure.
Unbearable value for money! Catastrophic performance. Location on inappropriate photos (St. Catherine's Church and a quiet street in the photo, but this is not the location of the apartment)! The common areas are unbearable: smells, foot traffic behind a rundown Asian restaurant. The apartment is not soundproofed, we live with neighbors and a very noisy and festive street in Brussels. The bed is not comfortable.
