holiday with cleaning
The apartment is very well planned and the location is very good. In fifteen minutes you can walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is in very good condition and in a quiet location. There is a parking space behind the apartment. A ten minute walk will take you to the Coastal Tram, where you can explore the entire Belgian coastline.
Unfortunately the apartment was completely dirty. Very dirty bathroom, mattresses so dirty that we had to sleep in sleeping bags. A separate toilet was also a pantry. The cabinets in the bathroom could not be used without being cleaned first. Although we did some cleaning, we left our things in our suitcase and cosmetic bag.

Family trip to Belgium.
I found a great location, as well as the tranquility of the urbanization and the availability of parking.

very quiet location, safe for children - fenced, close to shops and close to the sea, park nearby well equipped - kettle, microwave, washer dryer comfortable beds bed linen and towels provided hospitable, friendly, easily accessible host
problem with hot water in the bath - the water is always very hot, no cold water - had to add cold water from the sink with a saucepan a few teaspoons no instructions for the washer-dryer neighbors smokers - strong smell in the hallway

swimming pool heated to 28 degrees in the residence and the possibility of walking to the beach, the apartment is located on the ground floor, suitable for children; The tram is not very far to go to other cities.
The residence is far from the center, a small terrace, the apartment does not have a mosquito net, also not bad (unlike apartments) because there are a lot of flies.

The Belgian North Sea is worth a visit.
This object has been known to us as a guest at the holidays for several years. We will definitely go there again, but not in this apartment! We were greeted by the owner's daughter upon arrival around 2:30pm, handover of the keys and brief instruction in English only. Unfortunately, the owner himself was not there.
After separating our luggage appropriately, we regretted that the apartment was not clean. Cleaning was not carried out there, no traces of disinfection (Corona), In addition, the FW had many shortcomings. Here is a summary: unfortunately no TV channels, Internet and Wi-Fi with good luck, the cable and socket next to the TV are loose and damaged, the cable for the kitchen light under the microwave is repaired and exposed, a crack in the large glass to the terrace, a curtain rod in the bedroom is very loose, the window in the bedroom closes only by lifting, the freezer compartment in the refrigerator cannot be opened, there are no hooks or bars for towels or bath towels in the bathroom, only the rope, clothespin and heated towel rail on the terrace are dirty and rusty, cutlery, dishes and pots are not clean - ugly sticky, toilet flush often stops. I have photographed all the deficiencies indicated here, and my brother-in-law, who was on holiday at the same time in Breden, at Seewind II with my grandchildren, can confirm the indicated deficiencies. Most of these shortcomings, especially the uncleanliness in the apartment and kitchen utensils, I already told the owner on the first evening with photos via WhatsApp. communicated. Due to the high number of defects listed here, especially due to uncleanliness, I am asking for a refund of 25% of the cost of the trip that I paid. Summer holidays 2019
Space, pool, balcony and apartment amenities such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer.
Downside: Lots of dust and dirty corners, may need some updating in terms of maintenance. Regardless, we had a wonderful holiday!
