Very friendly welcome. Very spacious rooms. Excellent location. Dinner at restaurant “In de Balans” was sublime. Breakfast in the hotel is also very good.

Pleasant hotel in the city center - Very welcoming staff.
Comfortable and spacious room, very bright and well equipped. The staff are absolutely charming and always helpful. I come back every time I pass through Antwerp.
Breakfast starts quite late for travelers going to work, but it is excellent.

A hotel with a lot of potential
The location is great. The reception was pleasant. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and neatly finished.
There was a layer of dust in the closet and a big hole in the towel. The water from the bath tap remained lukewarm for a long time. After a half-run bath, it was fortunately still hot. we missed a kettle with tea. In the bar you sit close to other tables and the level of service leaves much to be desired. From the bed we heard the sliding of the chairs downstairs in the bar early in the morning.

Beautiful room in the center of Antwerp
the hotel is centrally located, the room looked very nice. wonderful rain shower and nice balcony to start the day with a coffee. parking garage was nearby and there was a very nice restaurant in the street (beret or something)
we actually hoped and thought we would have a bath in our room despite booking together. it may have been us. when we reported this to the reception, they thought along, but unfortunately the rooms with bath were already fully booked.

Very nice place, centrally located, clean and everything was there but still reasonably priced.
We had a very nice and spacious room, but personally I think that a drink should be included for that room price.
There was a lot of driving back and forth with carts and we also heard a lot of noise above us.

Great location, super beds, friendly staff, had a great time!
It is stated that we wanted to check in at 11am, this was only possible at 3pm. But we were able to leave our bags at the reception, they put us in our room and went into town so it wasn't a problem.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway
Beautiful spacious room with all amenities. Finally the hotel has electrical outlets in the bathroom to dry your hair with a hair dryer! The central location of the hotel means you are within walking distance of all the beautiful places.

the location was perfect and everything was right around the corner. the hotel room was stylishly decorated and the bathroom looked clean and tidy
2 very small things to look out for are the edges of the sealant in the tub that need to be replaced and the shower that only came out with boiling hot water.

Highly recommended for the weekend!
Very nice and atmospheric hotel, right in the center! Very friendly staff and nice room.
Mega cobwebs and some dust or an upper room with a terrace. Our daughter slept there on a beautiful sofa bed. A curtain wouldn't hurt here.

- speed of response to my initial request: to be in a quiet room. We have number 10. Great. - the friendliness of the staff. - geographic location, close to good restaurants/cafes and places to visit (maximum 15 minutes walk from the central station, next to the Grand Place) - the aesthetics of the hotel and the room. - very nice bedding (double bed, excellent quality sheets) Everything was perfect! Thank you!
- something not very practical: the length of the faucet compared to the size of the bathroom sink: when you bend over to wash, the faucet gets stuck

Central, quiet, charming
Large room with built-in bath but separate toilet. Great feeling of comfort. Good quality bed linen as well as towels and bathrobe. Radio equipment in the room and spacious wardrobes for suitcases. Room in the neighboring building, accessed by a narrow staircase, isolated and quiet. The hotel is very central but at the same time quiet, highly recommended.
The entrance stairs are a little narrow, but you forget about the inconvenience when you open the room and discover how spacious, bright and beautiful it is.

The staff were top notch, very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and very spacious, beautiful materials and a wonderful bed. I forgot my reading glasses after checking out and the receptionist called me to let me know. Very friendly to clients.
There was only 1 towel in the double room. This one was also booked (and paid for) for 2 people so it wasn't ok. The deluxe room also did not have a refrigerator. There was a checklist for using the mini-bar, but half of the list was missing (and they didn’t cool it either, because there is no refrigerator). For coffee, only sugar was provided, not milk powder. Sounds like a nitpick, but given the high price, these were failures.

The room has beautiful curtains, nice coffee, a spacious bathroom.
There are no coffee bags in the room. Bright automatic light in the corridor when you get up at night to go to the toilet. We waited a long time in the restaurant. The food was mediocre.

Hotel Riga is one of the most beautiful hotels.
Perfect location, right in the center of everything. Very good quality of services (breakfasts and Easter breakfast). Very large room, very clean and very nice bathroom. Excellent bedding. Bathrobes, towels, high quality linens and toiletries.
Extraneous noises on the street. Curtains too little blackout.

The street noise was overwhelming. It is located in the entertainment area and we slept in front. We had three rooms. Unfortunately, I had a very bad night.

Quiet and beautiful room right in the center of Antwerp!
The room was very pleasant and had a quiet pleasant atmosphere. The hotel looked very nice and we got great help from the front desk.
The heating in the bathroom was set to "dangerous" and we couldn't turn the heating off, so the bathroom looked like a sauna.

Nice place and place to stay for the weekend.
Service/hospitality, people, location and food were excellent! Very nice room with bath. We were even allowed to leave our suitcases in the room until we left.

Insanely atmospheric beautiful small hotel. Incredibly clean, super stylish, perfect location (in the middle of the old town and at the same time very quiet so you didn't hear anything even though we had the windows open at night). Very very nice staff. everything was really perfect!!

Good stay in a pleasant environment
It was a good hotel; the room was good and there was also a good bathroom. The beds were comfortable; mattresses were good.
It's inconvenient that half of the water from the rain shower splashes onto the jutting wall behind the shower. Because of this, the bathroom is very damp. And it was also disappointing that you had to pay for a pack of Pringle chips.

Nice overnight stay in a beautifully restored building, breakfast could have been even better.
The location in the center of Antwerp was perfect. At night you had some problems with noise from neighbors. The room was beautiful, immaculate with modern decor. Especially the view from our private terrace (duplex) was breathtaking! The bed and bathroom were great!
I didn't have enough closet or hanger to hang my dress in the room. Also, the breakfast was of lower quality than you would expect if you look at a holiday hotel.

fantastic bed! the shower looked a bit like a handicapped shower, but given the threshold and lack of wall brackets, it wasn't a handicapped shower. a fixed shower from the ceiling radiated directly onto a block fixed against the wall, so that one had to hang diagonally above the block to stand under water. WiFi was weak in our room. relatively high price, lack of breakfast and crazy shower didn't make the room great. excellent beds made up for a lot. location too. nice boy at the front desk.

Atmospheric boutique hotel with beautiful, modernly furnished rooms.
Nicely decorated rooms and spacious bathroom. There is also enough space for all your belongings/clothes.
I personally found the bed very hard, but we heard that every room has a different mattress. Perhaps you can specify in advance whether you want a hard or soft mattress.

Informal luxury boutique hotel for a wonderful stay in the heart of Antwerp
The location is great. This is an informal luxury boutique hotel. We stayed in a duplex deluxe room. The room is stylishly furnished in a contemporary style and the private rooftop terrace is a gift in one word. The manager and his team are very friendly and professional. The restaurant is a must. Make an order.

Price quality is not proportional
Location and WiFi speed are great
Price-quality is incommensurable, 199 euros for 1 night. The room is spacious and tidy but not very practical. Above the bed there is an alarm system with a constant bright flashing light. Shelf for coffee, etc. at the level of the knees, the mattress is hard as a stone, it is noisy in the street, the bathrobes are hard and uncomfortable, the constant exhaust fan in the bathroom, which cannot be turned off, the door dangles in the porch, so that every door that was closed to the hotel was heard from us. We didn't have toilet paper and the reception is closed in the evening and at night. There didn't seem to be enough goods in the room, for example there was 1 coffee cup instead of 2 and there were two saucers. In general, an average impression. Not to mention the breakfast, but we were compensated for that.

Beautiful hotel but not worth repeating
Beautiful surroundings, really a high end design hotel and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.
For the price and considering the fantastic view, you expect a very comfortable stay. However, the bed was terrible. Very hard and low quality mattress with one layer of foam as the "top mattress". In addition, the temperature in the room was too high and difficult to regulate. Riga is located on a street in the city center, so the noise is still audible, but it could be limited by thicker windows and better curtains. The curtains that hung there were also translucent. All this led to a sleepless night with back pain. At the reception, we carefully outlined our claims, except for understanding, we did nothing about this. A miniature bottle from the minibar was also promptly added to the bill when we neatly mentioned it despite the hotel staff forgot to ask. The staff was a bit slow but friendly! It is a pity that such a beautiful hotel is so little functional and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in Antwerp.
Hotel Riga has been very tastefully renovated. The rooms are beautiful, bright and large. The two restaurants are excellent. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful. The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. For cars, the Grote Markt car park is just around the corner. We will gladly recommend the hotel.

A cool "hidden" gem in the heart of Antwerp!
Slept wonderfully, beautiful decor and lovely fragrance in the rooms. Clean rooms and good hospitality. Wonderful shower and bath! Delicious fresh breakfast was a good end to the evening. Absolutely must spend a weekend in Antwerp!
A very small minus were the bells that ring for fifteen minutes (holiday 15.08). But that's nothing compared to the merits of this charming hotel!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Antwerp!

The location is good and the rooms are very nicely decorated. We arrived at the close of catering, otherwise we would have definitely tried the bar / restaurant. Vietnamese street takeaway food near the hotel is amazing too!
We really didn't like the down pillows. Bring your own pillow if you want!

a warm welcome in a cozy, spacious and modern room; room service was great!
We were very kindly received this Valentine's Day weekend by the (young) managers and, as requested, a bottle of champagne was brought to the room. Given the crown, our dinner was provided in the room, but the table and 2 chairs were very nicely arranged in a spacious and comfortable room. The chef prepared a wonderful meal for us, the meals were served and served at a pleasant pace. Very good Italian wine that we could find on the wine list. Breakfast at the appointed time was delicious, extensive and made with eggs as we could ask for. SA-BEAM!

the location is great, in the historic center of Antwerp, good restaurants and good bars nearby! very cool style and everything is finished with first class materials.
- very nice rooms, but a small drawback, only indirect lighting was chosen, this was not always enough to recognize objects in the closet - the bed is hard, but of excellent quality - A new chef has just appeared in the kitchen of the bar and there were some delays due to this especially other clients seem to have had problems with this, it didn't hurt us, things can go a little slower on vacation.

Poor sleep and minimal breakfast.
The room was beautifully decorated with good things. Bathroom is ok too.
We did not close our eyes because of the noise of the street and the night crowd. And the room is too hot. The highlight was that on check out we were told that we had to ask for a quiet room at check in because they were available. Breakfast is minimal, even in the deluxe version. All in thimble proportions. And pay extra for an extra cup of coffee. Not a good move from this hotel.

Nice central location. The room is in the front, so there is noise outside at night. But you know this if you choose a hotel in the center.
Value for money breakfast. Everything is truly tailored for each person. We were unable to find out what the luxury was in the breakfast for 22 euros.

INTERIOR DESIGN ONLY.
It's unfortunate. I write them two emails (one via the booking platform and the other direct) to let you know that I will be arriving late and they reply that there will be no one at the hotel after 23:00. reception, and at the most they are waiting for me until 23:30 I have to interrupt my dinner in Bruges to go to Antwerp. When I arrive, they tell me that They feel like they haven't read my emails. But also the next day after leave the suitcases in the locker (which is not the same, and the suitcases they are at the reception within reach of the cafeteria customers next door), they tell me that I have to pick them up before 17:00. So they close the reception. This feature type is valid for a hostel, apartment and/or boarding house, not a hotel. it is unacceptable. This cannot be called a hotel. The price of the room without breakfast was €329. This price is more expensive than any of the great hotels in Antwerp (which didn't have availability). Features of such hotels. features must be accurately described in the booking (app and website) so as not to mislead customers. I am a brilliant customer and I feel very disappointed with this booking. By the way, how you cut does not remove a bold, exquisite decoration. All the best

Ideal for a (short) visit to Antwerp
The hotel was brand new. The design is thought out to the smallest detail. It is chic in the modern spirit of the times and a little "rude". I felt at home there.
The air in the room was stuffy. The sheets were too warm for us.

First of all, a super contact by email. Moreover, the reception was very pleasant; very nice host. The room is fantastic. The owner also reserved the best table in Burle for us (also recommended!). Breakfast isn't cheap, but you get a lot for your money, too! The hotel is really right in the center and 200 meters from the garage, which is not expensive at all.
We have already discussed this with the owner: the shower is wonderful, but there is no shower curtain or sliding door. This is also not part of the appearance of the room, but next to the shower it gets wet. And if you really need to add salt to the snail: there is still not enough shelf for shampoo, etc. You know that you are booking a hotel right in the center; it also means you shouldn't expect to hear only birds chirping and absolutely no movement ... But because the bed is so comfortable, you fall asleep very quickly!

Situation and reception Cleanliness Bed linen
When we arrived, around 12 noon, the room was ready. But check-in takes place only after 15:00. To be able to deliver things directly, we would have to pay 40 euros. I consider this an exaggeration, especially since the room was vacant.

Although the restaurant In de Balance was full that evening, they were able to reserve a table for us (and it was delicious).
