There is only one room with two beds, so if more people go they have to stay in the living room which can cause privacy problems.

Sofa beds were really not comfortable. According to the information in the booking, there would be more beds in the apartment (a single bed and a futon were missing).

Inconvenient that there is only one key. Can't that be arranged with a digital lock?

Water in the bathroom did not drain properly. In addition, we would have liked 2 keys for the apartment.

Curtains were much too narrow for the windows and the kitchen window itself had no curtain at all. If you sleep in the living room, the daylight will come in from 2 sides and in the evening you will miss a bit of privacy. Mattresses need to be renewed, this is really a downside unfortunately.

We had no hot water for all the days we were there. We complained several times to the apartment and they did not solve it for us. Arriving at the apartment after a long winter day and not being able to take a hot shower…

Uncomfortable beds, inability to darken the living room, curtains too small compared to the windows. Bad overall service. We assume that a few years ago the apartment was very good, but the lack of maintenance and insufficient cleaning lead to a rapid deterioration in the condition of the premises. In addition, access to the balcony seen in the photos is frowned upon, as well as the opening of windows facing the back of the house! The only possibility to ventilate, open to the street, very noisy anyway during summer weekends, with one fan for two rooms. When we arrived the canapés were full of crumbs and the kitchen was greasy. The icing on the cake: 1 call prior to our arrival to confirm the exact time and 2 follow-up calls to make sure we leave a comment after our stay! In 2022, offline arrival and app communication will be valued.

Mosquitoes! Be sure to get a heating pad and mosquito pads from your local supermarket in the summer if you hope to get a good night's sleep. Too bad the balcony of the room is not available. Indeed, the door is equipped with a lock, and therefore it cannot be opened, the room cannot be ventilated properly, except for opening from above, it is impossible to close, hence the mosquitoes! It does not seem normal to me that the buyer does not use the entire apartment for reasons that seem to be related to the relationship of the owner with the neighbors (many reminders and warnings in the apartment!). The kitchen is quite well equipped, although it lacks basic items such as a colander. The lighting in the room could be greatly improved. The hot water disappeared (without my intervention) on the last day, which was not a problem given the temperature, but could have been in winter. Even more embarrassing: it was decided that the visit should take place one morning at 10:30. Problem, the visitors arrived at 9:30 and got in right away! I found that this way of doing things is completely sloppy.

The beds were disappointing and new curtains need to be put in to keep everything closed properly. A little tip for the owner, check everything again, then this is definitely a top house! Overall, for this price, it is definitely worth the 9.

Dirty curtains didn't cover all windows, shower was not clean, refrigerator smelled like a puddle of mud, old food leftovers still remained in the oven, overall a very bad experience. Photos do not match, did not see the Barcelona chair is a real mockery

The heating could not be turned off. Action has been taken on this, so expect things to get better after that. Plus, the sofa didn't look so fresh.

The second key is missing (which would be easier, especially for those who don't fit together) and working outside from 7am is quite tedious (but fortunately temporary).

The construction site in front of the house was annoying, but sooner or later it will disappear. The parking situation is a bit bad, but if you take a short walk, you can park for free as much as you like.

Smoking on the terrace was prohibited.

The general cleaning of the apartment could have been better, they cleaned up with a French swab and clogged the drain in the shower room.

It's a little noisy and the eclipse doesn't connect very well. But otherwise everything is really good!

The sheets on the bed were used by the previous person and were not changed. The sheets were full of wrinkles and hair was falling out. I didn't even have the kitchen utensils.

Not cleaned properly, dirt on the floor and dust under the sofa and beds, no screens so lots of mosquitoes.

This is a beautiful apartment and very well located. But I felt that over time, some minor defects appeared in the apartment, and I do not feel that the owners lose sleep because of this. (the light over the bathroom sink does not work, the mirror is broken, the night light is broken, the empty shampoo bottle, the shower gel is diluted with water). But if you are ready for it, I would gladly recommend this apartment.

The shower plug was wrong (we didn't know) so there was water in the bathroom. This was later resolved, but it's a shame we didn't get new towels.
