Justified cost
We were well received, helped to extend the stay without any problems and offered various options. The apartment was clean and cool for +30. Lots of cafes nearby, great for breakfast. All the amenities of Nemiga are within 5-10 minutes walk.

If location is your priority, this apartment is for you! But do not see bright photos.
A fairly ordinary apartment, with its own advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage is the location! Gorgeous! The apartment is quite clean, the owner is punctual.
Of the shortcomings: a microwave, a toaster, bathrobes and slippers, as in the photo - no. If you plan to cook at least something to eat, you will have to buy absolutely everything yourself (salt, sunflower oil, etc.). And yes, bedding with stains (albeit washed) is also in doubt.
