Pleasant apartments at an attractive price
It is very convenient that they met me halfway and I was able to check in at night, there was a night flight. The apartment is clean and has all the amenities. Hot water with good pressure. Warm, quiet, although the windows to the street. Free tea, coffee, it was very handy in the morning. Nice stylish interior. There are cafes and restaurants around.
There was not enough outlet next to the bar, I wanted to work with a laptop. But these are small things, in general, everything is fine.

We rested in Minsk from 9 to 11 July. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with a good repair, the apartment had everything you need. The yard is quiet, there are many shops and transport stops in the area.

We rested here with a girl. I liked everything very much. The only thing that, apparently, there is a boiler, so it was not possible for the two of us to wash under hot water, it ended on me and it poured extremely invigorating)

The apartments are really clean, both plumbing and bed linen and towels. Fresh renovation, everything works fine! In the courtyard you can find a parking place even in the evening, opposite a grocery minimarket, which is very convenient!
Poor soundproofing, Very audible neighbors and they are noisy! It is imperative to add a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Modern renovation, everything worked, there were basic necessities. Good location, quiet. The area is quite. Pretty clean. There were no problems with booking, paying and receiving keys. Clean linen
The floor is tiled everywhere, it is cold in the feet. But there are slippers. Confused by the cleanliness of the carpet in the kitchen. It can be seen that the sofa is shabby, but we were not embarrassed. Slightly unpleasant odor: musty and damp.

Comfortable apartment with a good location. Responsive and pleasant host. We managed to call in within an hour after booking, which made me very happy. The apartment was clean, everything needed for living was present. Some people write about the cold floor, but this factor did not have much effect for us🙂 If possible, we will re-order this option.

Very affordable price, easy to get to, the owner left us the keys, and we checked in without any problems. Thank you for your trust. Very good wifi. Comfortable beds, a set of towels. Cozy seating area, TV. There are all the necessary equipment, hairdryer. An iron is desirable.
A very strange idea with a tiled floor, it is very cold, the batteries barely work in the apartment, therefore it is cold throughout the apartment. There is not enough water in the boiler even for two. A second blanket is missing. In the living room, the carpet already smelled all and in fine debris and dust, sparkles, it is better without it or a short-nap rug or carpet

Nice apartment for a reasonable price
1) Nice clean apartment with a fresh renovation. 2) A lot of different dishes 3) Quiet and calm courtyard, next to a couple of grocery stores. 4) Not so far away is the beautiful Minsk region of Nemiga.
1) Probably all the same location. To the nearest metro station Ploshchad im. Yakob Kolas 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by trolleybus number 22. Moreover, you still have to walk about 5 minutes to the trolleybus stop. 2) Poorly lit area. There are clearly not enough lights.

Good accommodation in the area
Very adequate owner, convenient location, there are all utensils, hairdryer, slippers, sugar, salt, tea bags, sunflower oil, shampoo, shower gel, blanket on the sofa, clean bed linen.
The drain under the sink was leaking, the floors are really slippery. You could put insect screens on the windows and put floor mats in the bathroom and toilet.

Recommendations: install mosquitoes, air conditioner, replace the kettle. Neighbors quarreled among themselves at night. The entrance is a little bum.

We settled quickly and easily. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice new renovation. Two isolated rooms. You can sleep separately from the children. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. There is parking in the yard. We found an empty seat without any problems even in the evening.
Only cold tiled floors throughout the apartment.

Despite the fact that there was no water, there was a boiler, and this is a fat plus in such a situation, otherwise it was possible to sit without water at all. But it was small, so it was necessary to either save water, or wait until it warms up again, because there were 3 of us. Otherwise, we were very pleased, the apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. Many people write that the floors are cold, but there are slippers! So to whom it is cold - put on, and you will be happy. By location - the center is very close, if you like to walk at least a little, then there will definitely not be any difficulties, but for those who are used to wiping their pants on the couch, alas, move more - this is useful) The owners are the nicest people, they will not bother you once again, they are polite and pleasant in communication.
At the time of arrival there was no hot water, it was a surprise, but you cannot argue with force majeure circumstances.
