Location and relative proximity to the sea. Good wi-fi, caught everywhere. The presence of a pool, air conditioning in the room (no extra charge). Well-groomed and clean area.
The price for accommodation is overpriced, as there were hotels of a higher category for less money. But most of them are not on the booking com. The beach is wild, cows and horses walk. Along the entire coast, there are isolated relatively separate areas with sun loungers. The adjacent territories are abandoned.
In the summer it would be cool, but there is no concept of heating the room, they settled us in and promised that the houses would be heated with heaters, but they slept with gritty teeth

Quiet, nice, well-kept area. Guarded, helpful and kind owners. Were in the winter so I can’t say anything about the pool. Clean Air.
