Were there on the 20th of January 2023. We got to the place already at night, detained Baku traffic jams and constantly hanging navigator. Farhad, the owner of the house, is an amazingly benevolent and delicate person. Patiently waiting for us greeted with sincere cordiality. Moreover, due to sudden problems with the heating system, so that our the ladies did not freeze, he settled us in his own house (!) Opposite. Accommodation conditions - simple exceptional. Everything is perfect. Wonderful kitchen with everything you need. Perfect linens. Very helpful owner. Great location. there is a place to park the car. the house is equipped for a full long stay. And there is every reason to be sure that they are no worse in the house opposite. Farhad suggested to us an authentic restaurant in the national style "Old Yard", from visiting which we were all delighted with. In general, in all matters the owner was a real friend to us. Impressions remained the most favorable. Combined with the experience of skiing on Shah-dag, getting which is no more than half an hour by car, everything is just super! If we are still going to go to Shah-dag, we will certainly strive for Farhad! Guys! Come! Farhad is great! And he's so cool!!!!!

In all honesty, the villa is integrated in all respects, luxurious and clean, and the best thing is that the owner is a friendly and classy person who speaks English....and the outdoor seating of the villa is very beautiful..I recommend it to everyone. As for the location of the villa, it is an ideal location because it is close to all services, supermarkets, restaurants and tourist places in the area.

The location of the villa is close to Mount Shahdaq, the villa is spacious, 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a dining hall with a kitchen and a living room with a TV, very luxurious and very clean, an outdoor seating area surrounded by shrubs and roses, suitable for large families of 10 adults and more. There are mattresses, blankets and covers. Everything is as it is in the pictures, but rather more beautiful and luxurious 👍🏻 Worth going back to again, God willing.

Farhad, a very nice host, helped with everything from transfers (from the airport, to the mountain, to neighboring towns) to choosing places for dinner. The house is large, everything is as in the photo, you will also have a large barbecue in the gazebo. Heated floors.

Large guest house with huge living room and 4 bedrooms. There is a place for parking cars. Cheerful host.
