It's always nice to be back!
Came here for the third (and hopefully not the last) time. Everything was great: treatment, delicious food, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, gym. The staff is still very helpful, the grounds are gorgeous.
The jacuzzi in the pool didn't work.

STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! DOCTORS WITH A CAPITAL LETTER. MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT DO THEIR WORK HONEST AND IN CONFIDENCE! GUESTS ARE TREATED WITH GREAT LOVE AND RESPECT. THE TREATMENT IS ALSO AT A HIGH LEVEL. THEY COME WITH A VERY ACUTE PHASE OF THE RASH OF PSORIASIS, IN 15 DAYS THERE WERE THE EFFECT OF 90% OF THE TREATMENT. ALLAH BLESS ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS HOTEL!

Cool resort
The first is food! The food is just super very tasty huge selection! Very friendly staff, I won't name names, well done! Treatments that are not available anywhere else! Treatment and tests are included in the price when booking a minimum of 7 nights. There is a cinema, slot machines for children. Also indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna, salt room, fitness room. Nice green area. When choosing a hotel, they confuse strange reviews, sometimes very good and very bad, I can say that this is a sanatorium, you won’t go to the city much and you spend all the time in the hotel or on its territory, this must be taken into account. The hotel may not be ideal but very good, I recommend!
There are small minuses, but for us personally they are not so critical, the main thing is treatment and attitude. I will just list them and everyone will decide for himself. There was a smell from the shower cabin, solved with a wet towel on the drain. cleaning in the rooms is not quite 5 The hotel is a bit worn already, but the quality of service is not affected! The pillows are not very comfortable, but again, it's like someone. We were in October, the weather was 15 degrees in the room, it was cool, the condo warmed rather weakly.

Great hotel, great service staff, great grounds and great relaxation.
This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, I like everything. The territory, the design of the hotel, the cleanliness and of course the wonderful staff that makes the stay at the hotel so comfortable. Very good chef, food of high quality and varied. Separately, I would like to note the doctor Uzi, near whose office there was a small queue. But she was due to a very competent and painstaking examination of each patient. I would like to wish that prices did not rise and the hotel remained affordable, since now many hotels in our country are raising prices to some fantastic level.

Treatment and relaxation of an excellent level!
We come for the second time, this time we liked it even more: there were new procedures, a sauna and a hammam, a gym. We chose an individual tour - great service! Weifai worked steadily and efficiently. The food is still great!
The quality and availability of bicycles, the ellipse did not work in the gym. Last time there was a more professional doctor, it's good that it is not the first time that we knew what was important to do from the procedures, and what cream to buy with us.

We stayed at Garabah for the fourth time. Everything is still perfect! Comfort, treatment, delicious food, a huge beautiful and well-groomed area. That's all for five points! We met with vacationers from another hotel. They praised theirs so much that we even had doubts about ours. Went. We looked and made sure that our Garabah is definitely better! We plan to return, as the treatment helps my spouse to forget about joint pain for six months. I saw a young man with psoriasis on his face. Imagine my surprise that leaving home, his skin was incomparably better than we saw in his at the beginning of treatment. In short, my recommendations as a regular guest of Naftalan.
If there were any shortcomings, they were insignificant. If only a wish. I would like all the same a coffee machine in the restaurant. But this is only because I am an avid coffee lover.

The food is excellent.
They gave me a broken golf club. We did not check it, as a result, during the game, the head of the club flew off and split. According to the staff, the club has been used at the hotel for 4 years. She broke down on us. We were told that our child most likely hit her on a stone and broke her. When we offered to view the situation on cameras, in order to prove that we did not break it in this way, we said that the search for the video would take about 6 hours. We had to leave for Baku, of course there was no time. We were forced to pay first the full cost of the club (about 3800 rubles or 100 manats), then when we found a similar club at the price of 37 manats on one of the sites, we kept half the cost (50 manats). The stick is cheap, Chinese.

As always on top!
We have stayed at this hotel 4 times already. Great room, very spacious, clean - carefully cleaned every day, filled with everything you need to relax. A lovely balcony with armchairs where you can relax in the evening and afternoon. Very good, tasty and varied food. A wonderful area around the hotel, many places for recreation and sports. Excellent procedures, everything is individually selected and agreed with the doctor. Wonderful staff both at the procedures - very attentive, and at the reception - are always ready to help and answer all questions, and the waiters. Special thanks to the general manager and chef!
I like everything, otherwise I would not have come here for 4 years in a row.

Overall a good hotel.
A couple of years ago, the level of service was much higher. At the present time, savings are felt on everything. The food is tasty, but monotonous, the choice of food is not great in comparison with neighboring hotels of the same level. Instant coffee, although we could have supplied a coffee machine at least. The management of the hotel has recently changed (this is reported throughout the hotel), but positive results are not visible at all. Just the impression that there are a lot of managers in the hotel.

An excellent sanatorium, it's a pity the weather has already failed and we couldn't swim in the outdoor pool. Food exceeded all expectations, excellent food. There was no yoga or Pilates, but there is a gym, which, in principle, is well equipped. In the rooms, it's time to replace the worn headrests by the beds and update the showers (mold in some places). And so everything is fine! Outside the sanatorium, nothing interesting ... wonderful staff, pleasant and trying to help). The director is a competent and professional manager!

Request to the manager to respond to the requests of hotel guests
Location, landscape design, pine park, the opportunity to play outdoor sports, including fitness equipment, interior design, all the possibilities of relaxation inside the building, excellent cuisine and of course NAFTALAN!
Lack of contact of the management (we are talking specifically about the hotel manager) with the guests, despite the repeated personal request for a meeting.

The room fully met our requirements. Clean. The staff has no distinction who is in charge of what. Everyone is ready to help. An excellent medical approach to treatment. Maybe even overly varied food with a high level of preparation. A bit boring in the evenings, but maybe that's okay for a good rest.
Upon arrival at the airport, we did not find our transfer. And it was a great disappointment to start our rest with this. We arrived in Baku early in the morning. Calling the reception in the sanatorium and finding out everything, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the car. Subsequently, the issue of transport was resolved well, but the first impression was lost.

The hotel itself corresponds to 5 stars, chic, rooms are clean and spacious, excellent terrace and view from the window. The treatment is good, we also liked naftalan, they say that it is very useful for strengthening immunity. Of the specialists, I advise the therapist Ruslan, he will prescribe a competent and accurate treatment for you. The entire medical staff is very polite, attentive, the service is excellent. The food is delicious, especially delighted with the serving of honey in combs for breakfast) All amenities, SPA, beauty salon, exchange office, pharmacy, cinema, there are playrooms and playgrounds for children, entertainment programs are arranged in the evenings, etc.
Many paid medical services and tests. The kitchen could be better, a little less than 5 stars, the food is monotonous.

the first time the treatment was like a complete rest
No complaints about the food. Varied, tasty, for every taste. The staff is very polite. Crockery and cutlery are new and perfectly clean. It's great that instead of tea bags, the option was offered to brew any tea yourself - green, black, with chopped ginger, with mint ....
Well, it is possible to have a coffee machine, instead of ready-made coffee in thermoses, it would be out of place

We booked only accommodation and meals, and upon arrival we settled in, got acquainted with the SPA services and bought a package of medical procedures in the desired volume. Further, at your own discretion (provided there are no contraindications), it is possible to expand the list of medical services received. Doctors are very friendly, available throughout the day and willing to communicate with patients. Almost all the staff knows Russian and the hotel's clients are 80% Russian-speaking. A good varied menu, convenient time for procedures and SPA services, daily evening entertainment programs. The large well-equipped territory of the hotel is conducive to sports, recreation and cycling. There are weekend excursions by minibuses.
I liked absolutely everything.
