Comfortable large room. Cleanliness and tidiness. Attentive staff.
We thank the owners of the guest house in Ivanovka for the warm welcome. Despite the rather late check-in, the hostess showed everything, told, and left after she was convinced that we had sorted it out. We had a large two-room suite on the second floor of the building: a bedroom and a living room with a sofa, table and TV - all rooms are clean, spacious, and correspond to the description. The bathroom is spacious, shone white, as well as bed linen. Access to the street through the patio, where you can park your car and sit in the shade of fruit trees. On the 1st floor there is a shop open until 00h, and opposite the locals they sell village sour cream, cheese, cottage cheese! Mmm... really enjoyed it!

Qonaq evi cox rahat bir yerdedir. Tapmaq cox rahat oldu. Konfortu normaldi. Qonaq evinin birinci mertebesinde erzaq dukani yerlesir. Lazim olan erzaqi, uzaqa getmeden almaq olur. Qonaq evinin genis heyeti de var rahat istirahət etmek olur.
Otaqda kondisanerin olmamami. Cunku qonaq evi yola cox yaxin oldugundan avtomobillər hereket etdikce sesden yatmaq olmur. Cunku otaqda kondisanerin olmamasi mecburu balkonu ya pencereni aciq qoymaq mecburiyyetinde olursan.

A good choice for a stopover in Ivanovka, but not for long.
For a stopover in Ivanovka - meets expectations. Otherwise, everything is OK. The room is large in size.
I was surprised that there was no curtain in the bathroom. Noise in the morning - because the very center of the village and she starts to wake up early.

Tranquil rural guest house
The location is very good, there is a market under the guest house that works until 12 a.m., you can go down and buy something at any time. Quiet guest house, no one bothers, good soundproofing, large and comfortable beds, there is a yard where you can sit on in the evenings and have tea, because in the evenings it is very hot and the fan does not save you from the heat, but otherwise not bad for the countryside, not a bad guest house!
Not having an air conditioner in the summer 40 degree heat affects the weak Internet, which often disappeared and reappeared and caught more on the balcony than in the rooms!

Disappointing
It is located in the very center, at the crossroads above the store, so the balcony is rather a minus. There is no air conditioner. Wi-fi was needed for work - in the evening they said that they would fix it in the morning, in the morning they said that there was no money in the account. The hostess asked for a passport as a deposit. Have not left.
