Everything is beautiful and wonderful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the services provided are excellent. Frankly, the stay is beautiful and deserves to be returned, and the hotel is supposed to be 4 stars.
The location of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms
nothing
large detached hotel
soundproofing is not very good, there were no individual hygiene kits (shampoo, gel, toothbrush) there was no bathrobe, although in my opinion it is stated in the ad, there is no tulle in the room, only a blackout curtain, if you close it, then there is absolutely no light.
Comfortable accommodation, 3 minutes to the subway, cozy room, large soft bed, huge blanket, four pillows, it was very warm, daily cleaning of the room, plenty of towels, clothes hangers. There are Russian language channels on TV. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.
All liked it.
Everything but
Poor quality of breakfast! Poor quality of water served in the room Bureaucratic complication in the management of extras
