Very picturesque mountains along the way, great location for a hotel, nature, indoor and outdoor pools, bowling, billiards, tennis, cool walk to the tower at the top of the mountain, staff at altitude, thank you all for the rest.

We rested at the Altyagach Jannet Bagy hotel at the end of June. We were very satisfied. The nature is magnificent, a gorgeous panorama. Around the mountains, covered with forests with the cleanest air. Service at a high level. Great restaurant, delicious food. I especially remember the smiling, hospitable director of the restaurant and the "ideal" waiter named Bilal. The kids were delighted with the zoo and children's attractions. We will definitely come back again!

When I booked it was a standard 25 sqm room and a bathroom with a bathtub. And instead of a five-story building, we were accommodated in a small two-story building. 233 manats were deducted from my card. It wasn't worth it! Nijat Melikli, who works at the reception, gave us a completely different room without a bath in a completely different small building, which cost 150 manats and required us to cancel the booking from booking.com and take the room from them. He explained that as if they had booking for 150 manat room for 212 and + 10% tax and even 233 manat! And when I asked about the photographs of the room and about the bath, he explained that it was as if the photographs had confused both that room and the vip buildings, and this is more expensive with us. This is a real lie and fraud !!! It turned out that I paid 83 mann more for the stupidity and ignorance of the workers in the reception!
