The apartment is exactly like the photos. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils. I just thought it was a little far from the center.

Great place to stay in Vienna! 35 minutes on foot to the center.
Thank you, I liked everything. The apartment is spacious, clean, everything is in working order, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is clean. It was very warm, good water pressure in the bathroom. The street is quite quiet compared to the neighboring ones. It takes 35-40 minutes to walk to the center of the old town you can get on the tram, but first study the route. Trams #31 and 2 go from nearby streets. You can buy a ticket in the "Tobacco" shops or there are machines in the trams themselves. There is no parking. there is a fine on the street, but there is a Briggitenplatz parking lot nearby (about 5 minutes), 10€ per day. there is a Billa supermarket nearby. prices approx. nice price of the apartment.
they asked to recommend the nearest parking lot, because there is an empty courtyard next to it and sometimes there are cars in it. I was only told that parking on the street is paid and dropped a link to a general site for finding parking lots in Vienna. it is difficult for a person who does not know the city and the language to find his way around it. it showed me the nearest parking lot in 2.5 km. It's good that I read the reviews in the booking, where it was written that there is cheap parking nearby at Brigittenplatz. I think that the owners also know this and could make the job a little easier for foreigners by simply naming him in the message) - there was no hand soap either) I think putting liquid soap is a problem) although these are all little things and in general I liked everything! thank you!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT, 100% RECOMMENDED
Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, it is also very well connected with tram and metro and you have several supermarkets and cafeterias 5 min away.
The only drawback, to say the least, is that it is not centrally located, but with the tram and the metro it takes about 20 minutes. to arrive, it is very well connected.

quiet, pleasant place for a couple or small family.
The beds were fine, good hygiene, and everything was neatly ready on arrival. There is partial separate collection of waste, but we only found that out at the end.
It was difficult to shower without wetting the bathroom floor. The place where the TV is set up is not ideal. Furthermore, some smaller things: two lamps that had to be replaced. We reported one of them and it was replaced the same evening of arrival. It would also have been useful to have one or two pods of laundry soap ready at the washing machine (these were there for the dishwasher).

Superb apartment
Spacious and clean apartment with easy access thanks to the owners who provide a very detailed description. We had a pleasant stay, the metro station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The bedding could be improved, especially the comfort of the sofa mattress.

Nice apartment and location
Very spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable beds, very good location, close to supermarkets, bars and shops, a very convenient way to enter with the code at the entrance and pick up the keys in the safe without any problems.
There is no curtain or screen in the bath which makes showering an odyssey without flooding the bathroom, this is important for us because after a long day of walking around the city there is nothing better than a good shower, this is an easy fix, I recommend the host to put a solution, so I can't rate more. But I still recommend it.

not enough cleaning in the bathroom and damaged shower. pillows: a couple of uncomfortable ones. Considering that there is no real check-in (all through messages with codes), I would like to find at least one map of Vienna and vehicles in Italian in the apartment.

The size of the apartment, the availability of all useful things in the kitchen and bathroom, including a hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, clothesline.
On the other hand, some trivial things were missing, like bath foam. Location about 20 minutes from the center by public transport, but very quiet and residential area.

Ideal for families
The apartment was large, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Communication with owners is smooth and easy 👍👍👍
We booked a room in the middle of summer and the air conditioning installation will be missing to make it perfect.

The apartment was very well equipped. Each room had a fan, ironing board, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds or sofa bed were comfortable. After booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and how to get the apartment key. Very good value for money!
The apartment is a little lacking in love. This or that decorative element will increase the factor of well-being. In addition, the apartment is a bit out of the way, the city can be reached by public transport in about 30 minutes.

Urban apartment with gloomy backyard
Large apartment for 6 people. High ceilings and parquet. Clean. Kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware. Access to public transport was ok, but there were 3 tram stops to the metro. Terrace to the backyard.
In order to get the door codes, it was necessary to enter the data of all travelers on the .cc website without a fingerprint, which did not inspire much confidence. The apartment was rather sparsely furnished. In some places, it also gave the impression of shabby and disliked, for example, the missing cabinet door in the kitchen, rusty heating in the toilet, visible crimped edges of chipboard on the shelves. The area was not very good.

The square is nearly perfect
Apartment size, cleanliness, good mattresses and blankets
The apartment is freshly renovated, but (yet?) not furnished with cheap furniture. The sofa and chair are worn down to basic material. The dishwasher was not working due to the missing wheel of the lower basket and, as a result, the blocking of the lower washing blade. It would be nice to provide a small amount of detergent for the washing machine. It would also be nice to have one or more bowls for preparing meals or serving salads or desserts.

Cozy and comfortable room
Most of all I was pleased with the bed, it is very comfortable and it was always warm in the apartment, you arrived and it was a pleasant temperature. You can adjust the temperature to more if you like.

Nice location
The location is close to the central area. It looks like in the pictures, it is comfortable. The apartment is very well heated.
There were no slippers/bathrobes. It was not completely clean when I entered, especially in the toilet.

Spacious and complete apartment
The apartment on the ground floor was quite spacious: an entrance hall with a hanger and a wardrobe and access to the bathroom. Then a bedroom with a kitchen in it. (Now we didn't use the kitchen, but if you really want to cook here in the evening, there is a chance that you will sleep on the food air.) As for the location, the nearest metro is about 10 minutes on foot, from where you can go in all directions. It takes about half an hour to walk to the city center and there is a lot to see along the way. We paid a really good price especially considering the place you get for it and the period we were there (the week before Christmas) which is usually not very cheap.
We were very pleased with the apartment we booked in terms of space, decor and location. The price/quality ratio was also very good. As really the only drawback (and at the same time meaning constructive criticism 😁) we would like to point out the hygiene of the bathroom. Time with an antifungal spray through the shower is really not a luxury because there were actually quite a few black deposits that don't look fresh (and don't). The drain is also very clogged, so the whole thing almost overflows and the shower head can no longer hang, so you have to hold it in your hand. Everything else is very neat!

Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
Well equipped kitchen which helped us a lot as the restaurants were closed in lock down. Air conditioning working well, as well as a hot shower.
There was no curtain/glass in the bathtub, making the bath a little uncomfortable. The electric oven worked well, but it was very dirty with grease and when it was heated, it smoked, leaving a strong smell in the kitchen.

A good place in the best city in the world :)
Great location, close to public transport stops, close to grocery stores, various types of city attractions, spacious apartment, large kitchenette, comfortable bed :) We have enjoyed our stay :)
There was no dishwashing liquid, no soap for washing hands in the bathroom, additionally quite visible dust in the corners of the room near the floor and ceiling - a thorough cleaning would be useful :)

Very nice
The kitchen was very well equipped, as was the bathroom. The living room was very spacious and the sofa bed very comfortable for a sofa. The rooms were small but the beds were very comfortable and warm. Overall a very good place to stay.
We were unlucky that we lost the keys in the restaurant and the price was 200 euros. So be careful not to lose it, they only give one!

Very comfortably
Well connected to the center, spacious rooms. All sofa beds were comfortable. There was an iron for clothes and a dryer.
There was no soap, no shower gel, no oil, no salt, no other basics.

I definitely recommend it!
Small details that make all the difference, such as: more cutlery as we were 3 people and there were only 2 forks and 1 dessert spoon (for example)... bathroom! And since it was 5 nights, at least 2 face and bath towels should be provided and more than just 2 toilet rolls.
The studio is well equipped with enough conditions to have meals, it is super comfortable, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is 2/3 km from the center but there are public transports everywhere, Lidl and Bila are 200/300 meters away from distance. If I went back to Vienna I would probably stay in the same place as the quality/price ratio was very good! The answers to my questions were always very quick and enlightening!

good infrastructure and clean apartments
enough household appliances: iron, hair dryer, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee machine, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. everything works) to the tram 3 minutes, to the metro 10 minutes. You can also walk to the center (30 minutes). The apartment is clean and there are enough towels.
jams the key in the lock. there was a case, they could not open the apartment for 40 minutes. no disposable soap and shampoo.

Good stay, I would recommend to friends who want to spend little but want a comfortable apartment.
Quick check-in and check-out. The cleanliness of the structure and size of the apartment, plus plenty of utensils and appliances in the kitchen.
I was expecting something more from the location of the apartment but made a mistake when booking. If you are using the facilities this is very important, but choosing to walk was not how I imagined. Also, maybe I would put a curtain in the bath to make it easier for me to take a shower.

UNFORGETTABLE TRIP
The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, everything was very clean. There were extra towels for everyone. Very well connected, easy to get to the center of Vienna. There are supermarkets very close to the apartment. There is a fan in each room.
The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils, cutlery, tablecloths, toaster. There were no cleaning products, no trash bags.. There was not enough toilet paper for 4 days for 4 people. The beds in the dining room were sofas and not sofa beds, as the booking information said. We slept very badly. The entrance gate was always open and it is not at all safe.

Short break in Vienna

Clean, quiet, close to the subway, free parking in front of the house on weekends. Nearby is a park with a swimming pool for families with children - admission for children is free, adults 2 euros.
The lock in the bathroom is broken, the door is very difficult to close. The bed is very old. Pieces of fabric (leatherette cover) fall off of it.

Four nights with family
My family and I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. The structure is cozy, the area is quiet and well connected. Just 3 minutes away is a bus stop that will take you directly to the center. Within 5 minutes there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend the restaurant "Gasthaus Lebenstraum" which has typical dishes, very affordable prices as it is not a restaurant in the center and is perfect for having dinner next to the apartment on a day when you are tired and don't want to leave. All had sheets and towels, a fan and a small balcony where you could relax in the fresh air. The cleaning was decent, only in the bathroom we found hair on the floor. Otherwise, very comfortable and functional!
There were no personal care products in the bathroom, and especially during this period when hygiene needs to be taken into account, it would be very convenient to find at least hand soap. For those who are returning from an airplane trip, this would be very helpful. The hair dryer was broken, it was impossible to use it.

Unforgettable trip around the city for us
The room is very spacious and well equipped. All necessary utensils are available. The washing machine is very useful, especially when the temperature is very warm, like ours. The sofa bed in the living room allows friends to sleep separately so that everyone has a place to hide. Although we did not have personal contact with the landlord, all the information in advance and at the accommodation was enough to manage on our own. The location of the apartment is in the Brigittenau district and is very well connected to public transport. We didn't need a car. Shops, restaurants and parks are within walking distance. An important note for travelers arriving by car: we were happy to arrive at the hotel on a Sunday and found a parking space right in front of the house. Since there is no information about parking meters, etc. we did not find, then, of course, left the car. Wednesday then ticket :o( Our research has shown that parking tickets can be purchased in areas in the so-called tobacco shops (2 minutes walk, front door on the right, next transition on the left). From Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 Paid Parking here is mandatory after 22:00, so it's best to use the garage in the immediate vicinity.
Small details can be optimized. Please provide a toilet brush and a minimum of cleaning products (hand brush + dustpan or similar). An existing coffee maker would be great if you didn't have to buy the right pods first. Not everyone is familiar with the diversity of the world of capsules :o) can leave a pack as a welcome gift, and then buy it for yourself. There are very few dishes, so you should not use the existing dishwasher. The dishwasher door does not close properly! By the way, there is no toaster, the pan needs to be replaced. It would also be nice if there was a bedside lamp in the sleeping area. At the moment, reading in bed is only possible with overhead lighting. But these are all really trifles, of course, they do not affect well-being :o)

You can hear your neighbors very much at night.
Big flat. Light. Large bathroom. The staff responds very quickly. Polite and friendly. They go to a meeting. Even early check-in is possible. It is convenient that contactless key transfer. Fairly quiet area. Very nice and clean lobby! Pleasant first impression.
When we arrived, the floor was not properly cleaned. There were pieces on the floor. You couldn't walk barefoot. There are no air conditioners. In this extremely hot summer, it was very lacking. The windows that overlook the courtyard - the well - cannot be opened. The slightest sound is very audible. Although the rules indicate silence from 23.00, someone actively began to live from one in the morning. Disassembled dishes from the dishwasher, raised a child who cried all the time. I hope it was just an unfortunate coincidence. As a whole we liked it.

Nice but could be improved.
Best value for money and the location of the accommodation as it was about 15 minutes away. from the center with very close public transport. Very convenient to check.
We had a problem with the shower in the room on the first day, we complained at that moment and it was not ignored, we had to shower for 4 days with a broken shower screen. The last day we left was when we saw they were going to fix it. As for the kitchen, it was very good, although some utensils were missing.

Vienna is always worth visiting.
The apartment is spacious and the beds are good. The area has good public transport and good pubs (the best "dream of a lifetime"). Check-in and check-out was easy, the house itself is quiet, the windows are good.
The kitchen is somewhat spartan. It would also be nice to have a vacuum cleaner so you can clean it after a few days.

Each room had a separate entrance. The living room was also separated by a door from the other bedrooms and the kitchen, so that friends did not pass between the rooms.

Good value for money.
Apartment with very good transport links, great for visiting the city. The heating was fine (we were afraid of this in winter) and the hot water lasted until the sixth person. It is in a nice clean stairwell, the key pick up and drop off was smooth. We got a parking space in front of the apartment. The apartment was basically clean, the bed linen and towels were also clean.
For six people, the kitchen was very cramped and poorly equipped, and it was not even indicated in advance that one room could only be accessed through the other room. The furniture was a bit worn. We were on a city visit, it was suitable for that. The bottom of the kitchen furniture expired and fell off, which is not very lucky. What was a problem (I think it was the house, not the apartment) was that there were cockroaches in the kitchen.

Quite close to the metro. Very close to BILLA supermarket. Having a kitchen with all the necessary household appliances is very nice. Quite clean and well maintained apartments. Gorgeous beds, pillows and duvets. For two nights it's a great option.
There is not even a tiny bar of soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, for example, after the airport and metro. Moreover, there is not the slightest bag of shampoo (which is the first time in my memory). But I was especially surprised by the lack of curtains for the bathroom - that is, if you bathe and do not think about the curtain, in the end the whole room will be flooded with water ... However, such trifles could not spoil the impression of magnificent Vienna!
