Certainly not another stay.
The furniture in the rooms is shabby, the breakfast room is too small, dirty dishes on the tables, very long lines in front of the buffet run. But 170 euros + 15 euros for breakfast is a joke.

Have a nice long weekend in Vienna
Very nice. Good location and walking distance to the event we were there for. Nice breakfast buffet from 7 to 12 Bar open until 01:00 U bahn right outside the door Close to Tram.

I was only two nights but two nights to feel comfortable
The hotel is very well connected, just 2 meters from the metro which takes you to the center in 5 minutes. for this reason it has an excellent position. Really nice modern, clean and very welcoming hotel.

We were very satisfied.
Consistently good! We have been coming for many years - easy booking, warm welcome, everything was very clean, additional wishes were taken into account (room location, 2 pillows), fresh breakfast, very good. Next to the U railway station U 3 Zippererstrasse. Parking in the area, own garage (18.00 for 24 hours) are also available.

Good value for money in a hotel located in a disruptive manner.
Enviable location: next to the main metro of the city. The structure of the hotel is very close to many malls and grocery stores. Having plenty of restaurants / eateries in the immediate vicinity.
On the eighth floor where I was, the shutters let in some light, so the "light-sensitive" ones tend to wake up at dawn.

super nice and spacious room, top bathroom and royal breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff.
I was unlucky with the air conditioner, it made a lot of noise so as not to cool well in the end. parking is a little more expensive 24 euros per day with a 25% discount

Small but very good hotel.
The breakfast was well stocked, very fresh and appetizing and always replenished quickly. Thanks to the very good air conditioning, our junior suite was pleasantly cool despite the 30-degree temperature outside. The hotel is close to the metro and tram stop, which go directly to the center. The room is still quiet.
The water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger.

great for getting to know Vienna by metro.
Near the entrance to the U-bahn Zippererstrasse, very well connected to the center (eg Stephansplatz). Kettle and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast staff were sympathetic to the suggestions: in our case, ask to offer meat products separately from cheese for vegetarians so that the tongs do not get mixed up. This was answered positively and steps were taken to improve it. Class.
Passed by the hotel on the first day, did not really look :-) Beware of the orange "things" behind the windshield, then you probably hit the right place :-)

We recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, view, but come with pillows and it will be perfect
The location is very good (exactly next to the subway)... leave the hotel and enter the subway and go 5 stops and get out in the center of Vienna. Very good location. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large, very beautiful, clean... you have coffee in the hall, tea... the view... the bathroom is very nice... everything looks perfect.
The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible☹️. If you change them, we promise that we will come back. :)

great location (metro and tram in front of the front door), fantastic view (on the 8th floor with a panoramic view of almost 180°) - and the bed is also in the sky, lots of space, nice and clean, delicious coffee machine

Have a nice holiday.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, as you can immediately move around Vienna in any direction with public transport stops in front of the door. House with modern design, room furnishings and lighting made for a pleasant stay. My room on the top floor also had a view of the sky and the rooftops of Vienna with interesting window designs. The underground car park directly below the hotel is easily accessible by lift.

We recommend!
Very polite staff, really good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit salad, great location next to metro station and bus and tram right in front of the door, shops and quaint restaurants outside. Room overlooking the courtyard in a very quiet location. With pleasure again!
The room was very warm, but that's probably personal. Unfortunately, the temperature settings did not have the desired effect. Everything else is great!

Great view on the 8th floor!
Very nice room on the 8th floor with a great view of Vienna. Comfortable beds, very clean, coffee maker in the room, subway next to the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful!

A very pleasant stay in Vienna in the Comfort Plus room with a beautiful view of the rooftops of Simmering.
The hotel is located a little outside the center of Vienna. However, right next to it is the entrance to the U3 line, which will take you directly to St. Stephen's Cathedral in a few minutes. Room 704 - Comfort Plus - had a large picture window but was a bit louder than expected. From the second day on, background noise did not bother us anymore, as we really liked the view over the rooftops of Simmering. Anyway, it was quiet at night. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a small kettle and a small fridge, which was enough for us. The staff were very nice and we were even able to leave our bikes in the underground garage for a whole week! The bathroom and room were a really good size, we felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!
Everything actually worked, only that the cable was directly connected to the kettle was a bit inconvenient, but it's really insignificant...

Hotel in lively Simmering with beautiful Comfort Plus room
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very attractive, we had a great view of the city through the corner glazing in our comfort plus room. The location is not central and a little far from the city center with attractions, but the metro is very close.
Unfortunately, the rooms overlooking the Simmeringer Hauptstraße are very noisy.

Very nice spacious room, very well located, subway and breakfast right next to it.
Front window with great view, but unfortunately the air conditioned office building on the roof is very close and very noisy, it was impossible to sleep with the window open.

Until next time!
There were one more of the few guests, just before the time of the "zero" caught up with all of us. We felt protected from all this. As always, everything was clean and in order, which is why we choose Simm's when visiting Vienna. We wish the team all the best during this difficult time.
Very good breakfast, mind you, got quite expensive as an option.

Exceeded our expectations
Although only the Junior Suite was available, it was the cheapest we found in Vienna and when we arrived we were blown away by the room. This is an attic with part of a glass roof. We only stayed one night and we were very sorry that we couldn't use the room for more time because it was so cozy. It certainly far exceeded our expectations!!! The area is a bit far from the center, but there is a subway next to the hotel, so it's not a big problem. In addition, there are plenty of shops and bars nearby, so you can also dine in the area and have a drink. In fact, I would say that it is a good idea to have lunch or dinner there and get away from all the tourists in the center of Vienna for a while.

Very good hotel but additional costs await in detail (breakfast and parking)
Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room, good buffet breakfast, good location close to shops, cafes, restaurants, good transport links.
Breakfast is a bit overpriced at 15 euros per person, no mini bar in the room, no bath, parking space in the underground car park at 18 euros is quite expensive.

Room exceeded expectations, worth it
Modern, new hotel. Super plus - metro just two meters from the exit of the hotel. The junior suite is simply chic, the carpet on the floor is tower. Nearby there is a sea of markets, eateries
Breakfast is normal, no frills. By the standards of Vienna - very even. Breakfast in general in the city is very bad. The bed in the room was a double bed, not a single bed. This caused some inconvenience.

We had 1 room for 2 people for 1 night. The room was very spacious, neat and hygienic. Also, the bathroom was very clean and big. There is an underground station around the corner from the hotel, which takes you to the center of Vienna in 15 minutes.

Largely expedient; poor fault management; have breakfast outside

The really attractive rooms are on the top floor of this house; so we also booked a junior suite which is only advertised here with photos of the 8th floor. The view from there is actually very beautiful. However, we were allocated a room on another floor, apparently a suite, but at best it can be described as functional, but not at all residential; The view from there is not very attractive. When we asked about it, the receptionist explained to us that the change is not possible, it can only be done by the manager who will be there the next day. The next day, he said that the suite could be upgraded anyway, and that moving to the booked floor was possible only the next day, because the house was fully booked. Since we then also experienced the booked room, the room on the 6th floor is by no means an "upgrade". The furnishings and design here are functional, but by no means homely. We were then allowed to spend our last night in our booked room on the 8th floor; The design and look are really attractive. In general, the most important things can be found at the breakfast buffet, although you will not find anything extra that you would expect in a four-star hotel. The filter coffee served at the table is of very poor quality; Equally modest in taste is the espresso ordered from the waiters. Since you have to pay extra for it, this investment is by no means worth it. The scrambled eggs must have passed the last stop in front of the canister buffet. Conclusion: given the price of breakfast at 12 euros, you should not overestimate your expectations; for a few euros more you can have a great breakfast in a Viennese coffee house.

Overall is good, the location is very good, the surrounding area is very convenient.
The location is very good. There are supermarkets, subways, and trams at the entrance of the hotel. Parking is very convenient, just under the hotel. I booked 2 rooms, and the front desk thoughtfully put them together. The rooms are large and comfortable.
The parking fee is expensive, and the breakfast is mediocre.

Beautiful and strategic location
An excellent hotel in a strategic location on the U3 line, from where you can easily reach the center in 20 minutes. It is also very close to the stop of the S7 line, which is directly connected to the airport. Excellent size of the room and bathroom, as well as the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the structure. There are many services in the area such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The only small remark is dedicated to the hotel bar. As there was nothing in the minibar in the room, I tried to buy a cola from the bar but found that it closes at midnight. Having one person at the front desk all night, the front desk is next to the bar, it would probably be better if you could access the bar at any time.

The room is clean, new fixtures. Comfortable wardrobes, safe, TV. Varied breakfast. Not far from the metro.
The ceiling in the room without finishing is just concrete. The coffee was not tasty, the fruit fermented.

Only good for a citybrake
The cleanliness and arrangement of the rooms are worthy of the 4 stars with which it is classified. The staff is also kind and very well prepared. Spacious room, with a large and comfortable bed, and the shower cabin equipped with a battery with automatically adjustable water temperature. I recommend with confidence. Suitable for both business and a city break with the family...
Positioned on the outskirts a little far from the main tourist attractions in Vienna.

Long pile carpets in the room, bare concrete ceiling, a hell of a night for those allergic to dust mites. The minibar is empty. 0.5 plastic bottle of water at the reception is too expensive.

Very good connection to the center
Although not in the center, it is very well connected by trams and metro. And the value for money is good. Everything is clean and good amenities.
The maid came in to clean the room when we were inside without knocking. I recommend turning on "do not disturb".

Good hotel near metro
The metro station (U3) is right around the corner from the hotel. There are many shops on the street (Billa, Bipa,...) The hotel itself has a beautiful 24 hour lobby, as does the hotel bar. We didn't use breakfast so I can't comment on that. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Refrigerator, safe, TV, W-Lan, hair dryer, shower gel, ... available. The bathroom is very spacious, we only had a room with a shower. I would book the hotel again immediately.
It's a little off center. About 20 minutes by metro.

Ideal for solo travelers or couples, clean and very central.
The breakfast was ok and the best part is that it was from 7am to 12pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was clean.
There were no drinks in the fridge in the room. You can put at least one water in it, which can then be charged when you leave.
