Beautiful room, but unfortunately also annoyances
The room with the balcony (prestige) is really very nice, the parking garage is very pleasant. The breakfast is really great
But: the staff at the front desk was unfortunately neither competent nor friendly. The billing at checkout was a disaster (not only for me), so long queues formed. Although everything had been paid for upon check-in, several guests (including me) were told: €25 was still outstanding. For what? I don't know either, the colleague who did it yesterday isn't here today. After much back and forth it turned out that nothing was open.???? Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower (at least on the 7th floor) is so weak that it is a lack of comfort.

Great stay
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel because everyone was very nice and helpful. I almost liked the balcony the best, as well as the bed, because the bed was very comfortable and big! The balcony is large and I found the deckchair very cool. I also liked that there was a coffee maker and a kettle in the room. The bathroom is perfectly adequate, the mirror is a good size and I really loved the shower with the rain shower. I also found the vending machine for snacks and drinks very cool and helpful if you were hungry at night.
I didn't like that there weren't more coffee pods in the room

Centrally located, quiet hotel easily accessible by car
Good central location to the main station and public transport, easy to reach on foot even with suitcases. The old town can be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes. Quiet room in the backyard.

The rooms are clean, friendly and well equipped.
There is no hand basin in the toilet. Breakfast for a "small breakfast" is too expensive. It would be convenient to offer a small and large breakfast. (we didn't have breakfast at the hotel)

A good choice for short stays or business trips, especially for early departures or late arrivals.
We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk before checking in. The reception staff were very nice and even gave us some tips for our stay in Vienna.
The check-in process is cumbersome - guests must fill out the registration form themselves. It seemed to us a little impersonal registration procedure and standardized processes (but such procedures, of course, are typical for large hotels or hotel chains).

The room was perfect for a city trip. has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are more than adequate. The location next to the train station is also ideal.
There is no underground parking. Or 22 euros per day for the underground car park owned by the hotel, which is too much in my opinion if I have already booked a room.

Nice bathroom. Roof blinds are very nice in summer. Very good breakfast.
The room on the 7th floor is too small. The entrance to the double bed through the sloping roof is not very large.

An excellent choice if the hotel does not need to be in the center.
Modern and clean hotel. Due to the spatial arrangement of the double room, it seemed larger. The location is good. Far enough from the train station (in terms of noise/disturbance) and close enough for travel (good metro/train lines). The private terrace/restaurant is good quality and the staff are pleasant and fluent in languages.

Great hotel for visiting Vienna
The hotel is well located near the train station and metro. Friendly and professional. The room is spacious, bright and clean The coffee machine in the room and the possibility to make tea for free The bathtub is large and the bed is very comfortable.
Strong smell of paint in the room. The breakfast is too basic for my taste, for the price, it costs about 20 euros. Price 288 euros for 2 nights.

Great hotel for dog owners
super friendly and helpful staff, great location - we personally walked around everything; The central station will be close, fenced areas for dogs and great restaurants nearby :)
We personally found food prices a bit high (eg 22 euros per person for breakfast) but you are not required to eat at the hotel :)

Very good hotel for a relaxing stay in the city
The location is excellent, close to the main train station and public transport, everything can be reached in a few minutes. The breakfast was fantastic and left nothing to be desired. We really liked the room with a terrace, it was possible to sleep well with the window open, despite the fact that the hotel is on the street. All the staff were also very nice, we felt very comfortable.

Good functional equipment of the rooms and the restaurant area and, above all, an excellent sauna.
The highlight is the sauna! Well-groomed and clean, a recreation area, access to the street (!) And an infrared cabin. Friendly staff. Very clean beautiful rooms.
Unfortunately, unlike other hotels, the sauna closes very strictly at exactly 22:00, if there are several guests, it makes sense to extend on request if necessary. As I said, the staff is helpful, but after more than 2 years of corona measures plague, it is no longer necessary and uplifting to constantly learn about these rules from individual employees. This is exaggerated. Of course, it is enough to follow more or less clear rules.

It was very nice.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Zeitgeist Hotel. I definitely recommend the hotel. Very good transport situation, the main train station is 300 m away (with over 90 shops, most of which are open until 22:00). From the main station, you can take the U1 to the center (after 3 stops) and you will be next to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the breakfast with a wide selection. Also of note is the hotel's positive offer of a sauna (very easy to access via an optional reclining lift). A fitness room was also included in the offer. The accommodation also offers a very quiet location and an underground car park (22 €/day) in the house.
Slightly weak Wi-Fi connection.

For me, an attic room with a single bed is not a classic double room. But I was of course allowed to pay the price for a classic double room - a complaint follows!

We were looking for a hotel close to the train station. Wonderful. 3 min walk and in a quiet decent location. Near 2 metro stations, 10 minutes to the center. From the airport 20 minutes by direct train.

That you do check in yourself in a 4 star hotel. It seems that some actions are transferred to the guest. And it is a pity that the restaurant on weekends in such a hotel does not have hot food.

We booked a double room with a 4 year old child. We thought that the pillow and blanket would then be deposited for the child. Our booking mistake. Next time will be more careful. A note here would be nice.

For me this is the best suitable hotel in Vienna. This is already my third visit to the Zeitgeist Hotel. It is modern and has everything I need and expect. It's not too expensive and the breakfast is ok too. Garage is also available.

We will return to this hotel at any time.
Was booked without breakfast so we can't comment on that. This location was ideal for rail travelers and easy to find. The room was very spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the fitness room and sauna so no rating.
The room was cleaned every day, but they forgot about the floor, it was dusty, especially under the bed. Vacuuming wouldn't be bad.

Comfortable hotel in a good location with a very good breakfast buffet
Everything else was great, from the rich breakfast buffet that left nothing to be desired, to the service. We got a free bathrobe and slippers for the sauna. The location was perfect and mostly quiet (nothing the hotel can do for the sometimes noisy guests of the neighboring hostel) The courtyard belongs to both of them and everything resonates very loudly. But in spite of everything, have a good and great week in Vienna.
The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning of the floor and the open shelves in the room. There was an empty bottle under my bed from check in to check out. Unfortunately, the baseboards were also thickly covered with dust, and after cleaning, clouds of dust remained on the floor. Perhaps a feather duster would be useful, because you can get to the dusty shelves upstairs. I would also find it more practical if the mirror were hung individually, because if you hang something on the hooks, which can also be more, you won't be able to use the mirror properly.

Fabulous sleep despite convenient location

Ideal hotel for your stay in Vienna. Proximity to the train station, to the subway, everything can be reached in five minutes. Large selection at breakfast buffet which can be extended to brunch. For me as a small breakfast - coffee, a bun with butter and it's ready, the price of 19 euros is not profitable. The rest is quite reasonable. The backyard is very cozy for an evening drink

Perfect for a weekend in Vienna!

Comfortable and quiet
Nothing to highlight except that I emailed them because I forgot a valuable item in the hotel premises and I asked them to search as thoroughly as possible but they haven't replied to me yet.
Room cleaning was poor. The price was high for the category of the hotel and its location away from the city center, although the high price could be due to the short notice I made the booking with as it was the same day my stay in Vienna started. . . .

Due to its proximity to the central station and the metro, this is the ideal place for a short break.
A dream place - you can immediately get to any public transport. Hugely equipped rooms, great bathrooms, comfortable beds. Cleanliness is very important. Spacious breakfast room with a very good buffet. The reception is competent, check-in is possible in the morning. Friendly staff
The cost of breakfast is a bit high for small eaters. If I extend it for champagne brunch etc it is appropriate.

Comfort in the spirit of the times
I liked the spaciousness of the room, there was a lot of storage space. A special plus was the quiet location of the room. I was even able to sleep with the window open, which made me very happy and cannot be taken for granted. There was also a kettle and coffee maker; both of course contributed to a very comfortable stay.
There were probably misunderstandings with housekeeping, but this could be clarified after talking with the reception.

Nice flying visit to Vienna
Especially the breakfast was very good! But the rooms left nothing to be desired. We had a junior suite so there is plenty of space and we will choose this room again on our next visit. The proximity to Vienna Central Station is ideal! However, it is very quiet here, you can have a good rest after sightseeing!
The duvets were too warm for us, but otherwise we didn't like anything. We were there for the second time and would like to return anytime.

Everything is perfect
This absolutely dog friendly hotel needs to make a name for itself as a dog hotel, our dog was so well taken care of and there is also a dog area very close by with a large park. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, wonderful room, heavenly good bed. We will return

Stylish cozy hotel in a great location for public transport travelers
Super location, very close to the main train station and therefore ideal for train travelers. The metro is also only a few minutes' walk from the hotel and takes you to Stephansplatz with three stations. The hotel is very modern and well maintained, as are the rooms. It was big enough and had everything you need. The window overlooked the courtyard, so it was pleasantly quiet. Despite the location in the city center, in the morning you could even hear the chirping of birds. We did not have breakfast with us, but the smell alone in the morning was wonderful. The breakfast room was friendly and welcoming. The cafe in the lobby is also great and stylish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and tried very hard. There is nothing to criticize. A clear recommendation for anyone who prefers a central location away from the tourist crowds.

Great concept, environmentally conscious, modern, uncomplicated. Cozy, customer oriented and very friendly! Exceptionally stable internet - renting for office and meetings makes more sense!
The only suggestion for improvement: (and even that whining at a high level) gastro registration online via QR code (or at least in business card format) instead of filling out an A4 sheet per person three times a day for coffee, which is eventually thrown away. If already "Green" then please completely!

Modern, fresh hotel in a good location in Vienna!
Perfect location close to the main train station, the room was spacious and fit the bill. Very friendly staff.... Perfect for a chilly weekend in Vienna :-)
The only slight downside is the lack of a bottle opener and stocked mini bar in the suite. While getting drinks from the bar wasn't a problem, the lack of bottle openers and glasses could easily be fixed.

Close to train station and recommended
The room was spacious, the shower very large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although very expensive, but tasty and varied. No noise was ever heard from adjacent rooms, so everything was well soundproofed. Free wi-fi.

Great for a trip to Vienna - but no breakfast
The staff on arrival and departure as well as at breakfast were very friendly. Location to the main train station and therefore to public transport - 3 minutes. Very modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet has a good and fresh selection of food. If you only look at the room rates it is very good value for money.
Very noisy rooms. Sleeping with an open window at night is impossible, I know it's difficult in a big city, but I had the best experience in Vienna. For me the worst, the price for the breakfast buffet was 19.50 euros per person. For 2 people 39 euros more than half the price of the room. You have a good selection and quality, but unfortunately does not justify the price, which is a shame. If I have to stay here again only without breakfast.

Very clean, wow
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern furnished. On the day of departure, I was able to leave my suitcase at the reception for free.
The main reason I preferred this hotel was actually the "bathtub" which was not there. On booking, each room had a bathtub, but this is not the case. I didn't want to make a big drama out of it because the room was really clean ---> I saw a lot in other hotels.

Very cheap hotel. The price / performance is fully consistent. Good location and everything you need is in the room. The room was cleaned every day. The parking is great. I think the €72 week ticket is very fair.
- The shower head was damaged but still works. - The toilet brush didn't look particularly appetizing. - The carpet on the floor was stained. But it most likely cannot be removed. In my opinion, a carpet for such a room would not be needed. - There was a spilled coffee stain on the transparent curtain.

Optimal accommodation for a short trip to Vienna!
First of all, the wellness area is very pleasant and a great added feature. Convenient location, especially if you arrive by train (near the main station). Very polite staff. Little perks: you can skip room service and get a €5 voucher for a restaurant - a good contribution to the environment in times like these.

Excellent, next time you visit Vienna again 1000%
The breakfast buffet was great! I really like the selection of juices :-) The coffee is super good
The pillows are too soft and too low for me.
