Great alternative to the big 5* chain hotels
Very well run house with good facilities. Large room and very nice SPA area with 18m pool. Gym is very well equipped.

Good place for a short stay.
Excellent breakfasts. Separate toilet and shower. Every evening a girl came and offered to change the towels. A bottle of water every day. Comfortable bed. The room is comfortable, but it feels like it's time to do a renovation. We didn't go to the spa, so I can't comment. The staff is friendly and willing to help solve problems. They did not bring water, reported to the reception, immediately the issue was resolved. Convenient location. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the opera house and the center along the beautiful boulevard, or through the park. Leopold Museum 5 minutes walk. The metro station is even closer. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. At that time, the value for money was optimal.
We were in Vienna for four days. They came to clean the room only on the first day. The other two times came during the day when we rested. The windows overlooked the street, and the room was on the first floor (which corresponds to the second floor in Russia) and if you open the windows, it is very noisy.

Just perfect
The service was impeccable and the staff were always friendly. Everything is stylishly furnished, the location is perfect and the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. This is how I imagine a 5-star hotel.
There was a strange smell in the toilet, kind of like plastic. Maybe a room scent would help, because there was one in the bathroom.

Great hotel for a city break
The location of the hotel is perfect. wherever you want to be in just a few minutes. From and to the airport with UBER in 30 minutes and around โฌ35. lots of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is meticulously clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing to complain about at breakfast. The spa area including the pool is absolutely great! I can recommend the hotel without reservations.

Magnificent hotel with a staff that lives up to its stars.
Hotel very well located between the first and the seventh arrondissement in the museum district and Spittelberg. Great welcome. Magnificent very comfortable suites. Excellent bedding. Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff and lots of choice. Swimming pool and spas very pleasant and very clean.

Amazing !!!
Amazing hotel!!! Beauty everywhere and cleanliness extraordinary! The location is the most wonderful, a step away from the U3 metro, next to the museum quarter. The hotel has everything you want: the rooms are spacious, cozy, quiet, the design is modern, the bed is huge, very comfortable! The restaurant is wonderful, the breakfast is great, the champagne bar is a miracle! Special thanks to the staff, they all make your vacation wonderful and unforgettable! SPA area is rare! 3 magnificent saunas, the royal pool is the longest hotel pool in Vienna! I wish everyone and myself to come to Vienna again in this hotel!

It was a perfect week we were allowed to spend at this hotel.
Everything about this hotel is perfect. The place is very well located. Breakfast was a treat including service. The reception was very friendly and attentive. All was good.
One day I visited the pool and felt very cramped. The ceiling is low and sun loungers can not be put there, since the entire space is occupied by the pool.

Excellent hotel
The room is very clean and big enough. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, close to many clubs and restaurants. Clean fitness room with new and well maintained equipment Good breakfast but service could be improved Reception staff very willing to suggest restaurants
Breakfast which is good but everything is served in one serving. The dining room staff is very young and although very polite and friendly, unfortunately they lack proper training.

Very neat and central hotel Fantastic Even champagne at breakfast.
The hotel is very clean, very beautiful, the rooms are very spacious. And very attentive staff, Maximo visited us phenomenally. Very rich and varied breakfasts. The pool is a luxury after being tired of walking all day.

A very fancy and luxurious hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean and decorated. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is very very tasty and elegantly served. The pool is large and pleasant to swim in. The location is excellent - right next to the museum complex.
The light in the bathroom turns on automatically only after closing the door and turns off after a short time, if you sit there for more than a moment - it will be in the dark... There is no seating around the pool

Fun hotel, pampering spa, great breakfast. A taste of more...............
We loved everything. The design of the hotel and the rooms. The equipment in the room. Very comfortable beds and luxurious linens, great bathroom. "Gourmet" breakfast. The hotel restaurant is excellent so we chose to eat there one of the evenings and enjoyed an excellent dinner by candlelight, a pampering spa with a sauna and a pool to pamper ourselves after walking the streets. Excellent location. "On" several public transport lines and walking distance from "Herring Strasse", the museum area, the Hofburg Palace, the "VOLKSGARDEN", โโthe Nachmarkt and the Old Town.
We loved everything.
