Clean and spacious apartment
Apartment 12 in fourth floor. The owner received us and explained everything in the apartment in detail. Clean and spacious penthouse, 2 bedrooms + terrace upstairs and large living room + fully equipped kitchen downstairs. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Strong wifi & good AC in the bedrooms. Relatively close to the city center, 15 minutes walking. Spar & Bella supermarkets are nearly 100 meters away. Apartment No. 12, 4th floor. The apartment is spacious and consists of two floors, above two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious balcony, and under a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It is 15 minutes away from the center and close to it (100 meters) are Spar and Bella supermarkets.
Tissues and trash bins in the bedrooms would be a great addition. There are no tissues and trash cans in the bedrooms.

The accommodation is very nice and big. Convenient location close to the center and Karlsplatz metro station.
We were able to check into the apartment 2 hours early, friendly, uncomplicated key handover. The location is great.

Great accommodation in a great location in a great city
The location was definitely outstanding! 5 minutes walk to the Karlskirche church and thus to the center or by metro and tram. We have four children and the size of the apartment was sufficient.
A decent coffee maker wouldn't hurt. Capsule machine was available

Nice centrally located apartment
Really good walking distance to most things. Could see the Karlskirche right out the windows. Spacious and nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We were very satisfied with both the introduction and the apartment. Can only recommend the place.
A few of the garden chairs were a bit worn.

An experience to be repeated whenever needed
Everything. Excellent location, exemplary cleanliness, complete equipment, wonderful host, with a lot of very useful information. Easy access, underground parking a 2-minute walk away. Very good restaurants all around.

Great welcome from our host. The apartment was very spacious and clean, the bonus of course was the rooftop terrace. We were within walking distance of the center. Supermarket 200 meters. big !!!

Stay in Vienna: book this apartment!
Fantastic location of the apartment next to the Karlskirche, only four minutes to the metro and S-Bahn station, ten minutes to the city center / pedestrian zone, 15 minutes to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Absolutely quiet apartment on the fourth floor (elevator) on two levels, luxuriously furnished with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, etc.), full bathroom on each floor, divided into two rooms (toilet and shower, bathtub), huge living room, very comfortable beds, Ms. Gasser met us on arrival and explained everything in detail about the apartment and Vienna, she gave us great tips for restaurants. If you come to Vienna you must live here, no 5 star hotel can keep up with it. Thanks again Miss Gasser, we'll be back!

It was great - we would love to come back.
Bomb location, spacious and clean furnished apartment in an excellent location - right in the center of the city. The landlords are not so flexible, if the flight is in the morning then there is no flexibility for an early check-in and it sucks but other than that everything was excellent. Convenient and close - there is a Nespresso machine in the apartment and everything you need. Scribes nearby and a book with instructions on how to proceed - highly recommended.
The landlords are not flexible and are not available for messages as they promised. We arrived early in the morning and walked around with the Medvedots for a few hours until we got the apartment, there is no place to store up and leave or anything like that - you have to take that into account. The location is next to Kraalfeld, on the weekend it is a meeting place for teenagers and there is noise, if you close the windows it doesn't disturb....

Awesome!
Ideal location close to Karlsplatz south of the centre. All attractions are easily accessible on foot or by metro. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean, well furnished. Affordable parking 5 minutes walk.
Nothing special, although it would be nice if there were coffee cups.

Great vacation.
Very nice area, nice surprise with a view from the terrace.
There is no ramp to get into the apartment. According to the ad, we expected 3 bedrooms, but there were only 2.

Almost everything was fine
Apartment 10/10; Right in the city center, new and very clean. The equipment is also very good. WiFi works without problems, air conditioning in the rooms is very pleasant. Communication with the Gasser family also worked very well.
Ms. Gasser was a bit grumpy on arrival, but on departure everything was fine. Payment methods are also somewhat confusing. While the website is very detailed about what payment methods are accepted, here on Booking it is quite confusing which almost caused a nasty surprise at the apartment. In the end, however, it can be said that German debit cards are also accepted.

Everything is comfortable and good
Great location! Large apartments. Everything is there for a comfortable stay! Great track, if the weather is good, then it's cool to have breakfast there.

Would like to stay here again
It is very suitable for family living, there are supermarkets nearby and the attractions are not far away
If you have to pick a bone, you have to wait for the key for 20 minutes, but the landlord is nice enough

Ideal! Spacious, comfortable, clean, well located and friendly host.
Everything. Cozy duplex penthouse with spacious rooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower. Another toilet with a bathtub and sinks only. They can comfortably accommodate 6 or even 8 people (on sofa beds). Nice place and quiet. Hot water and heating worked fine. An attentive host who provided us with a transfer service to and from the airport. 100% recommended. If I went back to Vienna, I would definitely choose it again.
Put something on, a small bath towel. But it is not important.

We will all come again.
The location is great. It is five minutes to the city center and only five minutes to the nearest supermarket. The apartment has everything you need, very nice and clean. The only thing missing was a large female full-length mirror :-)

Plenty of space in a great location
Very good location right on the Karlskirche, very clean and lots of space. Air conditioning in the top three bedrooms. Shops nearby.
There is no colander in the kitchen. There was only a drying towel, no paper towels. It could not be washed by hand because there is no plug in the sink. What bothered us the most was that there was no possibility to hang towels in the bathrooms, although there was plenty of room for hooks etc.

Perfect accommodation!
Central, fresh, spacious, comfortable beds. Lots of crockery and glass Also good utensils and pans if you wanted to cook in the apartment. We were 7 people and it was perfect for us.
There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms and holders for the toilet paper. Some or some large mirror in the hall.

We traveled as a family of seven and we all felt very comfortable.
The rooms are very, very beautiful, lovingly and comfortably furnished. We were very comfortable. Everything was clean and there was everything you needed (hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, iron, ...).

A very pleasant stay in Vienna, rest assured in this quiet, large and very well located apartment.
Good beds, good cooking facilities, good heating, very spacious. At the beginning of March, the windows were closed, there was no noise inside or outside. Complete calmness. This apartment has 4 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfort is guaranteed for a group of friends. In summer, a small terrace for an aperitif ....

Great accommodation in Vienna for Christmas
The apartment is fully consistent with what is shown in the photographs. Comfortable and cozy and very well located. The host's attention was excellent.
I would advise them to leave some cards or a board game at home, that's the only thing we missed.

It is an apartment located in the city center, very close to the National Opera House. The room we live in is very spacious, with a kitchen, washing machine, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The room is on the top floor and can be accessed via the lift which requires a key. The windows in the room looked out over the top of Charles' Chapel.
There is no sign at the door downstairs, so when you come here for the first time, you will doubt whether you have gone the wrong way. In addition, you need to contact the landlord about the arrival time in advance, because the landlord does not live here, so you need to make an appointment to provide the key. In addition, if you drive by yourself, you need to park at a public parking lot 5 minutes away. Other than that everything else is pretty good.

If Vienna - then with the Grassers
location very close to Karlskirche - very close to the center in a quiet side street with a metro station and a stop 5 minutes walk. Opposite the Musikverein, Bellevue is practically around the corner. Night view of the rooftops of the illuminated Karlskirche. Very good mattresses Baths on both floors massionetki
In the case of full week stays, cleaning of the apartment by the landlord with replacement of towels may need to be agreed upon when renting the apartment.
