An apartment in a residential complex equipped with its own underground park (the owner sends separate instructions for access to the garage and the apartment). Spacious and comfortable structure, suitable for families or groups of up to 4 people, with all the necessary services (it is recommended to bring a sheet only for the mattress). It is located in a relatively quiet area, with a bus stop 20 meters from the door (line 65A) from which you can go and arrange transfers also by tram and metro. At 200 m. there is a shopping center where you can shop in a supermarket and buy bus tickets (Tabak - Trafic).
The bathtub curtain cannot be seen for aesthetic reasons only, given that the structure appears to be quite new in terms of construction.

basically ok
Elevator, underground parking, central location, good transport links, including public transport. Gastronomy right on the spot. The owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The lift was available again very quickly (during the day)
The elevator didn't work for a short time (unfortunately it was very bad for my father who has severe visual impairment and mobility problems). But the landlord can't do anything about it. Unfortunately, there was also construction on the site (but the landlord cannot do anything about this either). Unfortunately, there is no filter coffee machine on site.

Beautiful, large apartment in the south of Vienna
The apartment is beautiful and large and was very convenient for our needs as we attended a weekend event at Maria Enzersdorf very close by. The parking space in the garage, which is located right at the entrance to the apartment and is included in the price, is excellent. The apartment has a nice big fridge. The hosts were very friendly and very helpful.
The apartment is in a high-rise area and the view is not very good. What annoyed me was the shower curtain in the bath/shower, not the shower wall. In fact, this is hardly the norm these days. And there was quite a lot of cobwebs in all the rooms and overall the apartment could have been a bit cleaner.
