The apartment itself would be very nice and in order.
Unfortunately, due to the basement location, the apartment is probably damp. Bedding smelled (when wet). Nothing would have been longer for us.

Ideal
Very nice facilities and very clean. The location is perfect and the subway can be reached in 3 minutes. The landlord very nice and accommodating. Lovely again.

Very nice short stay in Vienna
Everything was very spacious, very clean. The value for money was good. The parking garage fees incurred were refunded immediately.
From March 2022 there will no longer be any free parking spaces in Vienna, as stated in the advertisement. You drive the car to a parking garage two underground stations away. It wasn't really clear from the advertisement that it was a very nicely made apartment, so to speak, in the basement with a separate entrance.

Large clean apartment
Very clean, great bathroom, otherwise simple but newly furnished. Good location next to U3. It is spacious but in the basement so you have a basement window in the bedroom. But good lighting is everywhere.

Excessive luxury and space, which do not always mean coziness and functionality.
The photos correspond to reality.
A huge area that is not adapted to sleep four people. Location in the ground floor and the presence of a lot of moisture. The laundry from the previous guests is being dried in the room during the stay, which is not hygienic. Free parking was advertised but not available. This misleads people in choosing. There is a paid station two metro stops away, which is an inconvenience. Hosts are completely anonymous with pretend online courtesy, but for these latitudes that's normal. We are not in the Orient after all.

- size of the apartment - contact with the owner - good facilities - location (very close to the subway) - it turned out there was no parking, but the owner covered the P&R costs

The key was in the apartment. The apartment code was communicated by e-mail. Everything went smoothly. Location I very close to metro station. Lidl, Bill and Penny in close proximity. The apartment is spacious.
The beds are a little sagging and the sofa is very hard. Blackout blinds will come in handy in the warm and bright season. Bed linen in a cotton cover would have been more comfortable. Hot Temperature makes you sweat easily.

It was a short but very pleasant visit.
The accommodation is very nice and comfortable, we had no problems with access, the host was very clear and precise in giving us directions, it is located in a quiet area but at the same time has all the necessary connections to go sightseeing.
If I can give advice, but this is my personal opinion, I would add blackout curtains to the bedroom because a lot of light comes in in the early morning.

Always a pleasure, definitely recommended
The apartment is simply breathtakingly beautiful! Lavishly carved, you have room to turn around. The equipment is of a very high quality, whether it is a kitchen or a bathroom, beds or a sofa. Just great. The location is great, you have 2 metro stations around the corner, 2 supermarkets in close proximity. The apartment is quiet, you can sleep peacefully without annoying traffic noise, we were just delighted.
I would only "season" the bedding. The material was something synthetic, a natural fabric like cotton blended better with the rest of the apartment. Is more breathable and pleasant on the skin. But really, that would be the icing on the cake for improvement. The apartment is great - the owners are great!

Comfortable accommodation, very captivating with its design. Sorry, I won't post a photo because I made a video.
The object itself. Very nice design, just like my home. Possibility to accommodate two children, who also felt at home thanks to the sofa bag, spotlights. A huge plus when traveling with children is a washing machine and a place for drying. Near the picturesque courtyard, birds sing in the morning. The house is quiet. It smells nice (we liked it, but it can be uncomfortable for people with asthma).
The laundry was in the washing machine (they hung it out themselves), and got on the day of taking out the garbage from the yard, at 6 in the morning there was a terrible roar :) but everyone was tired and the children did not wake up.

The apartment is very beautiful and tastefully furnished. We haven't missed anything. We could park for free in front of the house. Metro station nearby. You can shop at LIDL and Penny nearby. We would like to return.

The apartment is in the basement in the back yard, so instead of the cumbersome procedure of obtaining a key to the front gate, it would be nice to install a key box with a code on the front door. The apartment itself is spacious, but requires thorough cleaning and, if necessary, completion or repair. - For example, the stove cannot be used because it was dirty from the previous ones. - Water damage to the dishwasher. - Wet spots in the hallway. I also recommend proper separation of the room from the service area, not just a curtain. The washing machine was full of laundry, so it was impossible to use it.

Just great! Highly recommended!
We were in Vienna for a few days with our two children. The apartment is distinguished by its quiet location, but at the same time very good transport links to the city center and the airport! It was the ideal starting point for our activities. Very clean, friendly and willing to please guests, the apartment is large, with a double bed and a sofa bed, modern and well equipped, and above all, it was nice and cool (we had outside temperatures of 30-35 degrees and above) Whilst an insider advice :-) We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back soon!
