Good base for visiting Vienna
The accommodation is clean and functional except for the outside bathroom which makes any overnight needs uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything is in order, starting with the greeting and explanations received from Ludwig !!
The lobby and stairs of the building are dirty and untidy...shame because they leave a bad first impression.

Fam Huber is very polite, polite and helpful. Suggestions for attractions and ideas were great. The location of the apartment is close to the city and a quiet place. The equipment is sufficient. Free W-LAN access is great for your own research.
Cleanliness in the kitchen could be better.

Perfect! Roland is very kind!
A very decent location. Close to the center. the center is 2 km from the apartment, you can take a walk, at the same time see all the bustle of Vienna 🥰 the apartments have! You feel at home. Enough products from the owner, which can be used for breakfast and lunch with dinner. Roland is very pleasant, responsive, was in touch and gave practical advice regarding my movements around the city.
The toilet is located outside the apartment. This is a little inconvenient for those who go to the toilet often and at night) In general, this is not even a minus, but a warning for those who often use the toilet.

Fortunately, we felt comfortable again.
Spacious, quiet and bright room with a comfortable bed on the top floor at the end of the corridor. Kitchen with shower, washing machine and everything you need, including places to eat. Fast Wi-Fi and interesting surroundings at Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt with shops and restaurants, cafes and eateries. Very friendly uncomplicated host, thank you Roland!
A second chair would be nice, as would a bigger screen. Klo is 7 steps from the door of the apartment, but of course for sole use.
