It is clean and well-equipped, making it suitable for both short and long trips. It is about 5 minutes on foot from the subway station, and the location where you can go to the center of Vienna within 20 minutes is a big advantage.
The bath curtain is short and it is cold. Above all, it dries, so it is necessary to take appropriate measures.

I will book accommodation again next time.
I knew I would be late for check-in but my son had no problem picking up the keys for me in advance. A quick phone call the day before was enough to get us out and the agreed time was very punctual. Everything seemed very clean and tidy. The bed was narrow but with a very good mattress.
The bed had no light, only a floor lamp that you had to get up to turn off (the switch is on the top of the frame, not on the cord). The accommodation was designed as a vacation apartment, but it had no cleaning supplies other than a broom and a shovel. There were no spare toilet paper rolls and there was no contact person in the same building (the exit was at a nearby pharmacy).

just ok for an overnight stay
The apartment is small, but everything is there. I didn't like it very run down
Very dilapidated house inside, with neglected corridors. The rooms face the street and are very noisy, cars and noisy people around most of the night. They waited a very long time for the handover of the keys (more than 20 minutes), the owner was in the basement, according to him. No ventilation in shower and stove.

Cozy home
The property is in an excellent location, about 20 minutes from the main attractions, 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Large selection of supermarkets near the house. The house is small, designed for 2 people, well cleaned and equipped, even the presence of a shower in the kitchen did not bother us. Simple communication with Dan, replies in a few minutes and very polite, acceding to our requests.
The house is located in a neglected building, before entering the house, seeing from the outside, we were a little confused. The only drawback of the house is that it has only one window, but nevertheless it is very bright.

Good value for money accommodation
The kitchen facilities are very comprehensive. The location is very good, very close to the tram station and subway station. The process of check-in and check-out is fairly smooth, and the landlord responds to messages very quickly.
The bathroom is very small. The room has only two electric heaters and no central heating, so it is very cold in winter. The room is next to the street, and the sound of cars, trams and parties can be heard when sleeping at night, which is a bit noisy. The bedding smelled, even though the landlord said it was new.

Great accommodation option
Excellent value for money - probably the best in Vienna. The owner gets in touch quickly and always answers messages, met us. Thank you, everything was good.
