The connection to the subway is very good.
There is no safe for valuables. Not enough hangers available. Carpet unsuitable for allergy sufferers. No ventilation in the bathroom/toilet (instruction to keep the bathroom door closed when showering). The connection from the air conditioner (air hose) was loose on the floor behind the curtain, we had to fix it ourselves on the wall at the outlet.

Great apartment in a great location
Perfect organization (contact, check in, check out), cleanliness, everything you need is there; great location for discovering the city because of the perfect transport links
Tram in front of the door takes some getting used to, but at some point you don't hear it anymore; a large ceiling for 2 people wasn't our cup of tea

Great stay with minimal downsides
Modern, beautiful facility Super conveniently located with tram and subway practically on the doorstep. Very quiet. Well organized regarding key handover etc
Could have been a little cleaner. Terrace was full of cigarette butts and ashtray was not emptied. There was no broom or vacuum cleaner.

For us optimal accommodation in which we had to sweat a bit.
Directly opposite the subway station U3 and right next to a Lidl. Good location, nice room.
We had very hot temperatures of over 30 degrees, there is no air conditioning only a fan.

Great place to stay, happy again.
Convenient location right next to the U and S-Bahn, grocery store and bakery in the building, air conditioning in the apartment, well-equipped kitchen, uncomplicated check-in and check-out.
Whining at a high level, but a sharper knife couldn't go amiss in the kitchen equipment. Our apartment faced the street and was therefore a bit noisy with the window open, especially in the morning hours.
