The kitchen is not a kitchen but a kitchenette. The pot sponge that was there was obviously used/worn out. The entire kitchen in a run down condition. The grilles of the ventilation openings were extremely dirty, full of dirt. The whole apartment smelled unpleasant. Walls, windows, carpet dirty...etc.

If in the summer, I do not recommend living in it. The air conditioning system works for 6 hours and turns off for 6 hours, and it is hot, and there are no brothers, and there is no washing machine. They always say it is ruined. There is no iron or kitchen items.

This system is not comfortable at all, and there is no shower, and the air conditioning was very bad, and the hotel is far from everything, such as restaurants, supermarkets, and other tourist needs.

A complex of apartments in the form of a hotel, and it has a 24-hour reception.. Its location is 8 km from the center (25 minutes by car), and you can take the tram, and it is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Cleanliness is average. The lighting is poor in the apartment. The price of the apartment is good. The Asians at the reception are helpful, but the Europeans are not well behaved. They have free parking, but there is 15 euros per day. They have breakfast for 10 euro a day.. The rooms are small and the apartment in general. We took an apartment consisting of two rooms, a hall, one bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The kitchen is very small, there is no microwave, there is no dishwasher, and the oven is very small. There is no washing machine.

The bar was closed, probably because of Covid?. It was not possible to order coffee in the morning before the start. But BP Close and coffee ok. Great park nearby, a walk after a few hours of sitting behind the wheel came in handy.

When booking, I indicated that there was supposed to be a baby cot. He wasn't there and our son had to sleep with us. It was too late to ask for them at the front desk.

The rooms could also be cleaned better, especially since Corona now had time to clean everything properly and thoroughly. On the second day, there was no baking for breakfast since about 9 in the morning! Response from staff "we didn't order enough and if you want a roll go to Billa and buy one" I have never experienced anything like this for breakfast where you pay 12 euros per person! The kitchen equipment is very spartan, there are 3 glasses, although the apartment is offered for 4 people. The kitchen wall was not clean. There was no outdoor seating although there was a terrace and courtyard. The hotel is a bit out of the way, you need to get to the metro by bus.

Cleanliness, in many places it was a little dirty. The carpet was very unsanitary, lots of stains. I personally prefer tiles. Coffee machines and juice containers also need better cleaning. My son had mold in his juice.

At the time of booking, we booked the accommodation with single beds. That's why we chose it. At the same time, my colleagues at the accommodation were confronted with the fact that there were double beds. They were also next to a wall, so the accommodation was quite uncomfortable for my colleagues.

Everything ok. The location is very good for visiting Vienna and for transit accommodation to Italy or Croatia. Hotel very close to the highway. Large car park. The only minus for me is 1 glass per apartment for 8 people and no freezer in the apartment. When traveling south with young children, a freezer in transit comes in handy. Everything else is strong 10.

The air conditioning didn't work, we got a room that we didn't pay for (worse). Since the arrival was at night, we didn't want to deal with it. :( A bit of a problem finding parking.

Attention of some employees and lack of air conditioning

In a room for 4 people only 2 chairs, there is no way to sit at a table, because 2 people have nothing to sit on. Only 1 plate and cutlery, nothing else in the kitchenette, no kettle to boil water (the owner wrote on the website that you need to order kitchen utensils at the reception, remember about it because there will be nothing to eat on :-). The air conditioning is inefficient and barely cools. The old water level after at least the last 3 baths is visible on the walls of the bathtub... There are rats running around in the park next to the hotel and there is one big garbage dump, as if it wasn't Austria...

The breakfast cost of 12 euros per person was too high compared to what was offered. The kitchenette was not properly cleaned.

Only 1 room key. The decor of the room was a little dated. The location of the hotel is a bit further from Vienna than you would think from the map. Only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet in an apartment for 8 people.

The hotel is quite clean but not very friendly. , very industrial and public areas maintenance is not the best. it is in a good location served by public transport Room if you don't even ask they will do it again. I would not go there again.

Everything is charged extra, €15 per day for parking, €12 per person for breakfast (poor breakfast). The cleaners did not clean the kitchen at all. No extra provision for booking genius 2 customers, at 11 in the morning they almost threw us out of the room (we thought check out was at 12). There are no cons. The only thing missing was an electric kettle and a microwave.

The hygienic standard was almost not respected. Not a single glass surface was washed, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom, the shelves were dusty, the floors were very poorly vacuumed. It was uncomfortable for me to walk around the room without socks and shoes.

I did not like the attitude of the receptionist upon check-in. Information about parking was literally elicited from the administrator. In the evening, we could not park the car along the street, and they did not find out anything about parking in front of the hotel.

The room is too small for 4 people...considering they take it as an apartment, it's a normal hotel room with the addition of 2 electric stoves, a sink and a fridge. Not enough dishes, not enough glasses, not enough chair, which we went to ask at the reception, the table was not x 4, we had to eat at the table too.

The only note is the parking spaces. There is a lot of space around the facility, but as it turns out later, in order to park, you need to buy a parking ticket at a nearby gas station or use the underground garage for a fee. I recommend buying the card before 19.00. Parking from 19.00 to 9.00 is free
