What is "organic" about this hotel please? other than organic coffee for breakfast, we didn't find anything. The food is completely overpriced and of poor quality, sometimes only frozen food is offered for a lot of money, which is absolutely impossible. The finished egg dish from the breakfast buffet was charred, the leftovers were still lying on the floor in front of the buffet the next day, although in fact the staff (we were the only guests) were enough. The bathroom lamp in our room was broken, we needed to change the bulb and ended up having to change it ourselves.

We really enjoyed the whole family
The staff did their best.
There was no heating in the nursery, it was already cool in the evening.

Worth a longer stay
The hotel is beautifully located among vineyards with great views. The room was good but could be a little bigger. The breakfast was pretty good. You should definitely try the regional wines (TAU) in the vinotheque. Parking and dog no problem. Particularly suitable for families.

A pleasant stay in a quiet volcanic country
Very quiet location, buffet breakfast manageable but good. The staff are friendly and "up to the mark" Ideal for staying away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday.
The quality of the gastronomic offer in the evening is rather average

Relaxing, great place to explore the area in a family setting
The breakfast was very good, the organic offer was decisive for us, very nice atmosphere in the whole area, my grandson has rabbits, chickens and ponies. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, there is no continuous bike path in Rudkersburg. It's a pity, unfortunately you can hear the TV from the next room and much more in the room.

ok for a couple of days
The breakfast is very good. Dinner not accepted. The facility itself is very nicely decorated, terrace, dining room, etc. Nice playground, small indoor climbing opportunity, right next to the guest room. Sandbox on the terrace. the staff is very good.
The wooden look of the rooms is really nice, but unfortunately it's impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking up everyone else in the room (especially on the stairs to the gallery). Besides, I don't even want to imagine how hot it must be in a room in (high) summer. It was only about 22 degrees during our stay and the room was still very warm. The gallery halls also have only one relatively small window. Very heavy duvets, especially for summer. The beds, as unfortunately in most hotels, were creaky and with slippery and relatively hard mattresses (no slats, just a plank underneath). Unfortunately, there are almost no toys in the really very beautiful indoor play area.

It was a wonderful short stay with regional delicacies.
We checked in just before 8pm where we were able to order a Bretteljause, which we ate a little later. We were also able to taste several wines from the rich regional wine list. It was just wonderful to end the evening under a canopy with such goodies. We will definitely be back to test the e-bikes.

Great staff
We have stayed in many hotels but have never seen such a dedicated and friendly staff despite the stress of the high season. Always friendly, good tips for restaurants and leisure, the gentleman in the vinotheque gives good advice on wine... The hotel is very spacious and well integrated into nature. The children were delighted with the animals and other children. . . it was a perfect holiday.
We found it a bit unusual for dog owners to "walk" their (small) dogs in the complex... but the hotel can't do anything about it...

Service, staff Value for money offer. Rural atmosphere, kid-friendly. Opportunity to visit animals, stay in the countryside.
Limited parking, not enough signposts / difficult to find the hotel. Otherwise, everything was very good and beautiful.

Top for families!
The apartment in greenery was just great! Our children (4 and 1 years old) especially liked the spacious area with an excellent playground (playing water pipes and a climbing tower) and animals. We have never seen such pleasant, friendly and helpful employees! Conclusion: recommended and we'll be back :)

An easy, pleasant stay with friends.
Very nice people at the reception, at the table and in the room take care of the guests' well-being. They are suitable for children and dogs and offer charmingly furnished rooms, good cuisine and a rich breakfast buffet.
In theory, the room setting could be more comfortable, but in practice this does not correspond to the style of the guest house, which is primarily aimed at families with children. Buns for breakfast buffet, even if they are hearty, not freshly baked, and they are at least 1 day old, depending on their softness.

Fantastic place for a family vacation
Spaciousness, wide assortment for young and old, good selection of wines! The appetizer turned out to be very tasty, high quality - a dream! We want to come again! The best place for families in the Styrian wine region!

The location is wonderful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were ok.
Breakfast was everything you need. The location is ideal for hiking and sightseeing.
We arrived in the morning to use the day for hiking. We were able to bring our pastries to the room. When we went camping, we gave the room key to the reception where we only got the information that we were only allowed to enter the breakfast room with mouth and nose protection, otherwise we didn't have to consider anything. We returned to Jufa at 22:20, it was pitch dark and everything was locked. We couldn't find our key anywhere. We called all the phones we could find in Jufa, but we were always told that it was 8 o'clock in the morning. The door to the hallway to the toilet was open, here we lay down on the floor, because it was only 2° outside. At 6 am we saw the light. We spotted the chef in the kitchen and knocked on the window. He opened us up and showed us a small key locker with a numeric code where our room key was. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this in advance. However, the staff had our phones from the registration form and when we asked if we needed to know anything else, they only received information about mouth and nose protection. We didn't hear an official apology until we left. When paying for 2 nights with breakfast they also wanted to get that if we didn't let them know we were only in the room for 1 night.

The hotel and the weather are perfect for a great cycling holiday.
Very attractive atmosphere of the whole complex, quiet room in a beautiful setting, excellent breakfast, friendly service, the best options for excursions by bike or car. Convenient proximity to wine taverns and city walks in Bad Radkersburg.

Everything is great - we'll be back! :-)
The staff (both the front desk and the waiters) were very, very friendly. Before arrival, all inquiries were very polite and straightforward (there were at least 17 of us). Billing worked great. The breakfast was great. We all especially liked the winery and the gazebo. It was really cozy!

Nice view, good breakfast (on the 3rd day), excellent wine cellar, very well-groomed area
No fridge in the room! Although the bar was closed at 19:00! Toilet downpipe was brown! For coffee they answered: “You have to pay for special coffee”, although there was no buffet, and we were asked if we would like coffee! And then a somewhat narrow-minded woman serving scrambled eggs ... at the price you would like for a friendly, more competent service, everyone but the manager is a little random.

Unfortunately, it was very loud and you could hear every step from the neighboring room, although the hotel was quite empty. Relaxation is different.

Ideal for families with children
The room was big enough, the crib had fall protection, it was nice that we were allowed to visit the animals in the stable (the animals are ok and well looked after), the playground is great, the indoor play area is good, there is shower gel / shampoo / hairdryer, buffet selection was great, enough parking spaces
The choice of food in the evening is poor. And for some reason they offered much more at the next table !?

Highly recommended - book with half board!

The room is on the small side. Unfortunately the playground was closed. After that it was not possible to book half board - therefore it was more expensive. The billing was also out of order. In retrospect, the boss made dinner more expensive.

The breakfast selection was huge. Although there were no school classes and only a few families were vacationing, the very cheap dinner had a rich buffet with a variety of salads and delicious main courses. In the off-season, it is advisable to order dinner in advance by phone.

A very nice stay with many great experiences in Styria!
Excellent breakfast, lots of organic products from the area. A lovely area of several buildings, very quiet even though the classrooms are in a different building. Cozy rooms made of wood. We have already stayed at the Jufa twice and will choose the Jufa again for our next holiday in Austria. A herb garden and mini kiosk is a very good idea!

View of the vineyards of south-east Styria
As stated, the hotel has an "alternative touch" and it met our expectations. The location overlooking the surrounding vineyards is very good. The rooms are relatively simple furnished but very cozy with the use of wood. The breakfast was excellent, homemade jams etc. The school classes that were also housed on site did not bother us at all, we knew this in advance as this is a JUFA hotel!

Attention, incorrect description of the room!
Location in the south of Styria, we have been there 6 times.
The room description on Booking is incorrect and misleading! The booked Accessible Double Room with Terrace is actually an attic room that can only be reached by a steep staircase, it is not wheelchair accessible and has neither a terrace nor a balcony!

Parents can switch off and kids can experience something.
It was beautiful, the view was amazing and our kids (3 and 5) loved being able to roam freely away from the traffic. The food was good at fair prices. The room is cozy.
The staff were friendly and pleasant, only a bit brusque when asked for a tip. Brochures and the local newspaper helped. Therefore, the minimum deduction of points.

Beautiful hiking trails with a unique hilly panorama.
Highly recommended for families with children, but we also felt very comfortable as a couple. At the same time there was a bus with schoolchildren, but this never bothered us. The windows of the room faced the quiet side.
