Great location, everything in the apartment is basically new, very clean, warm (in winter) despite the direct entrance to the apt from the outside. Silence and beautiful views. Very nice open and positive hostess whom we warmly greet.

A brand new structure with everything you need a few kilometers from the Italian border. The owners are very hospitable and available when needed.

Nice apartment, cozy and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. We loved the blinds (including the electric ones) which are hard to find when traveling abroad. The perfect bathroom with a bidet. The access to the back of the house on the San Candido-Lienz cycle path is very convenient even for those who do not particularly like to ride a bike and prefer to hike. Sillian can be reached in 5 minutes. Very helpful and discreet owners. It's nice to see their love for home and garden, for everything well-groomed. I would say everything is perfect, thanks to Sabina, thanks to Otto! We hope to see you soon.

I have great reviews for this property. The apartment is large, bright, well-groomed: electric blinds, suspended sanitary ware, induction kitchen surface, TV with Italian channels ... Parking right in front of the entrance. Quiet and peaceful area. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

The size and brightness of the apartment, the large and well-equipped kitchen island, the availability and courtesy of the owners, the warmth of the pellet stove complementing the underfloor heating. The house overlooks the beautiful cycle path from Lienz to San Candido. You can reach the village of Sillian in just ten minutes on foot. Doing this in the dark on the snow is a real magic.

The apartment is located in an excellent location between San Candido and Sillian, so close to all amenities, but in a really quiet location, away from noise and clutter. The bike path is practically attached to the apartment! The owner is very kind and helpful!
