Cold in the room, the heating was not working. Room without thermostat. When we called they scolded us because we had done it through booking. The owner's husband slandered us

Super nice hotel, very friendly host, hassle free late check in, huge room, lovely bathroom, lovely breakfast. We were happy to take advantage of the free cable car ride! Considering the rest of the experience, we're happy to ignore a slight whoop about one of the two rooms. We would like to return!
