the house is not suitable for a family and we left after 4 days.
the space in the building
no washer or dryer and no buckets to do children's laundry. Is a family house rented. no cots and chairs to get / rent but bring them from the Netherlands, 1 towel per person for a week and that if you ski daily, no vacuum cleaner so it gets dirtier in the house with children. The bedrooms are poorly insulated for sound and with small children everyone is awake several times a night.

Quiet, comfortable, modern, relaxing - a clear recommendation
Almost direct access to the slopes - just 50 m up the road and you are already on skis :-). A quarter leaves much to be desired (the only “flaw”: the overstocked kitchen equipment lacks the spaetzle, indispensable for Austria - but this can be fixed with a board and a knife :-)) We cooked ourselves, enjoyed the sauna, even the multifunctional shower in the sauna was no longer a problem after a little trial and error. Even our hybrid could be powered with an extension cord ;.) Clear recommendations!

Great house!
Nice house, super location, nicely decorated, very cozy!
I think one large towel per person for a whole week is very little !! Not proportional! I don’t think it’s fresh and there’s no way to wash it, because there’s no washing machine.
