Modern apartment

Overall a nice area with some shortcomings
The apartment and the entire facility are very modern, high quality and generously furnished. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well equipped including air conditioning.
The harvest is only in the surrounding areas, and the terrace of the holiday home is very small and made of uncomfortable stones. Unfortunately the roof terrace railing is too high to have a good view.

Great stay unfortunately too short but you would love to come back
The location was very good, restaurants and wine taverns were within walking distance. In the evening we were on the roof terrace to relax

Have been satisfied so far.
Location was good! The division was good. comfort was good. So far we've enjoyed it, with a few exceptions.
In my opinion, the fence was redundant, you felt a bit excluded. A few bursts of color would have been nice, it was very stylish, that's fine too, but a few blooming plants would have been nice too. Also, the parking spaces were very cramped,

We enjoyed the time with the whole family.
The design idea is interesting. The air conditioning at the temperature was very pleasant.
From our point of view, a good design idea was not thought through to the end. For example, a gray concrete floor without side rails looks unfinished or the cable for the electric stove is not connected. Black and gray colors were very dominant.

The apartment is recommended if you are not going to stay in the complex for a long time

A very pleasant stay. Central location near the lake, wineries, restaurants and nature reserve.
Central and at the same time very quiet place. Spacious, bright and airy house. Furnished in a modern and functional style. Very good support who answered questions in advance and responded very quickly to problems on the spot.
Optimize the lighting concept a bit and add some practical details.

We recommend.
Beautiful house, simply and tastefully furnished. From furniture, dishes, interior design... There is everything you need for a holiday. Insect protection in every room, sun protection, partly large glass surfaces with great views. Excellent service - very friendly support, quick to answer questions in advance.

I will book this accommodation again
The house as a whole has a lot of space, excellent amenities. Detergents and dishwasher tablets were available, as well as a kitchen roll and toilet paper. Perhaps since there are three bedrooms, a TV in another room would be great.

value for money didn't work for us
location was ok, big and spacious, very clean, 5 coffee pods
too much concrete, no greenery, a terrace without a view, if you sit, you can see the neighbors on the plate

Good accommodation for large groups, great location
We rented two houses for seven, so we had an unusually large amount of space. The newly built penthouses offer everything we were looking for. Large bright windows, automatic blinds, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, ample bathrooms, etc. The location is also very good: everything is within walking distance of the main street with several restaurants and wineries and the Neusiedler See itself ... We recommend accommodation for a large group at any time!
Two little things that do not detract from the charm of the property: In our houses (house 3 and house 5), apart from the chairs around the dining table, there were no seating places. Sofas would be nice - there is a double bed instead of sofas in the living room. There is practically no green. The whole complex is made of concrete and stone (very modern and stylish, but the lawn will make it all more friendly).

It was a great break for us in Burgenland.
While everything was perfect
What bothered me personally were the emergency exit lights! They shone so brightly at night that it was difficult to sleep.

Nice place to stay in Neusiedl
Everything is new and clean. Hassle-free check-in / check-out. Very pleasant communication and friendly approach.
Just little things that I do not appreciate: hand soap in the toilet would be a plus, and those who have grown a little can easily bump their heads against the low hanging light;)

Brand new home with very modern equipment but with some missing details
SMART TV, roof terrace, location, kitchen equipment, modern new furniture and appliances.
Some little things are still missing, such as hooks for clothes in the bathroom, storage space in the bathroom, door restraints, extra bedding, blankets, pillows, towels, information about the type of coffee machine will be helpful so you know if you should take capsules or coffee beans.

Wonderful days at Lake Neusiedler
Newly built holiday homes are located in the heart of Neusiedl. There was an old building adjacent to our house, but that didn't bother us. Check-in was done using a code that had to be entered into a key box. So we didn't recognize the landlord. We lived in our house with 5 friends, there are 6 people in it, there are 2 single rooms (one with its own bathroom, one without a bathroom, a double bed in the living room and a double room with a bathroom, but no toilet. But an additional toilet. The separation is not absolutely optimal, since residents who did not have their own bathroom had to take a shower through another room (s). The equipment was more than enough - a set of cutlery from WMF, a set of knives, a sufficient amount of dishes and glasses, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, dishwasher, dishcloth and sponge, TV, everything was in. The house is very modern and tastefully decorated (everything seems to be done to measure), I think we were the first guests. There is not much storage space, only a few open shelves. The highlight was our rooftop terrace with table, benches and an umbrella, from which we enjoyed the sunset (unfortunately, the walls are so high that they are almost invisible, but the other side is also n e can be seen ...). There is also a small garden with table and chairs, as well as a sun lounger, but it is clearly visible and located next to other houses, and also looks rather naked (no plants or lawn, just littered with stones), but this may be practiced in Change over time maybe a grill would be nice. In the village of Neusiedlersee you can buy everything you need for daily life and several wine taverns; the lake is within walking distance and can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car. We felt very comfortable and will be back in an instant.
Separation at home is a little peculiar, but as family or friends, you can come to terms with it.
