Well maintained, spacious rooms, pleasant location, very friendly management

Late check-in was unproblematic, even though the reception was closed (the key with our name was available in the anteroom). Good room with a nice view, breakfast also very good. What was particularly great was that we were offered a free late checkout on the day of departure as the house was not fully booked. It was very pleasant to be able to take a shower after the hike and not have to leave the room until late in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect, the size of the room, the furnishings, the cleanliness. The staff is very kind and helpful. Divine - the breakfast was plentiful. We had a great time, thank you.

It is located very close to the city center. The interior of the building looks as if it was designed this year. It looks like it is being looked after by careful hands. The breakfast was always very delicious and fresh. Brains are very comfortable. The service is kind and attentive.

We spent 2 days in the hotel in the summer. Central location, I also recommend it to skiers in the winter months, the ski lift could be seen from our window. Friendly staff, great breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the area. We booked accommodation on the way. We did not find any hotel in the area that has a reception even in the late hours. Our key was waiting for us on a small table at the entrance of the hotel, so it was no problem that we arrived at a time when there was no staff.

The hotel is perfect, very nicely furnished with taste and spotlessly clean everywhere (even in the bathroom!). The hotel manager is very nice, helpful and friendly, she even helped us plan our trip. The breakfast was very delicious, fresh, varied and the service was perfect. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the center, with a beautiful view of the mountains. This is a perfect place, we will definitely return here. We had a wonderful three days here! Thank You!

We chose this accommodation also because the cabin ski lift is located a few houses away from the hotel building, you can walk through it in ski boots, and shops, restaurants and the center can also be reached quickly on foot. Clean, demanding, spacious rooms, kind, attentive owner and staff. Delicious, plentiful breakfast. Heated ski storage in the basement. Free parking nearby.

Optimal location, a few steps from the valley station and the basilica

Very good location in the center of the village next to the cable car to the Bürgeralp. Nice house and nice rooms, good breakfast buffet. Parking is not at the hotel, but in the immediate vicinity.

Almost in the center of Mariazell, you will hardly believe when you first enter the hotel and see this fabulous establishment. We felt like kings from the first minute of our stay in the room. You can tell that the owners pay a lot of attention to the setting and point it out to the guests accordingly. Of course, the current non-contact room capture is not that pleasant, but it must be said that this is a very good Corona concept. Rooms are entered and removed only upon special request. So you can really feel safe.

- Great location right in the city center - We even had a view of the beautiful mountains from our room (between the houses opposite) - Very tastefully furnished rooms (the hotel must have been recently refurbished) - Nice quirky breakfast room - Nice new bathroom - Good breakfast (no buffet due to Corona, but you can tell if you don't want something else you get a mixed plate of eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, etc.) Tip: free parking is about 20m from the hotel (Wertheimweg 3, next to the "voluntary fire brigade"). We can also recommend Stadtheurigen for (evening) food. Beautiful mountain view, nice atmosphere, excellent service and cheaper than all other restaurants in the center.

Beautiful, renovated hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly in advance of the booking request. The rooms were very clean and well equipped (large flat screen and mini bar). The bathroom was also very nice. Currently only the front desk or contact person was onsite in the mornings. After that, the reception is no longer working. Registration was contactless. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am although we had to choose between 8am-9am or 9am-10am (weekend) upon check-in. The breakfast was very good, buns and corn rolls, various types of sausage and cheese, a small selection of vegetables and snacks, jam, fruit salad, yoghurt and muesli. There was also a heating pad with good scrambled eggs. There was also cake on Sundays. Good selection of teas. The coffee is served and was very good. Our room was also very quiet, as it overlooked the Bürgeralm from the back.

It's no coincidence that we have booked accommodation here several times. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean, it's in the middle of the city, we will go again, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Everything is very neat and tidy! The breakfast was very good, but the pastries are not fresh on Sundays.

Good location, about 300 m to the center. Very clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. When we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel until noon, we were simply handed the room key with the words "we don't need the room anymore today, you can leave the luggage in the room." I would book the hotel again in an instant. Another tip: in the brewery, about 250 meters away, you can eat well and the beer is excellent.

Toilet and bathroom are spatially separated from each other. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Basilica.

Nice little hotel next to the main square, right at the station in the Bürgeralpe Valley. Very decent furnishings for the rooms, a family apartment, large enough for 4 people anyway. There was no buffet breakfast due to COVID, but a very good, plentiful breakfast was served.

We had an ideal rest in a comfortable room, in a clean environment. The very kind staff, who also speak Hungarian, helped us in everything. The breakfast was excellent, taking into account our wishes and being flexible. Storage of ski equipment is practical and accessible from outside the building. When packing, there was always a place right in front of the house (perhaps because it is paid for). In the evening, after the skiing time, we found a free space every day in the free parking area starting 30 meters away.

We booked the hotel because of the good reviews of the hotel. However, our expectations were far exceeded. The hotel is very attractive from the outside and very tastefully decorated inside. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, both very nicely equipped. A very good bed guarantees a good sleep! There is also a large flat-screen TV. The whole house is very clean. The breakfast was especially tasty, good choice, everything was very fresh and appetizing. Nothing left much to be desired. The boss herself and a very pleasant lady take care of the well-being of the guests and anticipate every wish. We are delighted and already planning our next stay in Mariazell. We highly recommend the hotel to every traveler, inside advice - perfect value for money!

Very cozy hotel

Breakfast was excellent - fresh food. Beds very comfortable - slept like a cotton ball, shower very spacious and above all everything clean. The location is beautiful - the hikes on the Bürgeralpe and especially the Gemeindealpe were nice! The most beautiful cherry, of course, is the Church of Our Lady of Celská...
