Very nice hosts and good rustic food.

Good breakfast, great coffee machine with all kinds of different preparation methods. The evening before we enjoyed a very tasty dinner "à la carte" (delicious roast venison, Tyrolean Gröstl) with delicious draft beer or wheat beer and red wine - on the terrace in front of the house. In the evening there is almost no traffic as it is a secondary route. We slept very well. Room was newly renovated, everything was fine!

Enchanting inn with a lot of attention to detail and incredibly delicious food. We came spontaneously with our motorbike and were allowed to store it safely in the garage. Wonderful location in the middle of an idyllic area and beautiful mountains. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

We arrived at the inn when the kitchen was actually closed. Nevertheless, the first thing we were asked was whether we were still hungry and then we actually got something warm to eat. That was just really nice and humane. In addition, the location was fantastic and the furnishings were rustic and loving.

The interior can use makeup. Contrary to many reviews, I didn't find the breakfast special. The staff was not unfriendly, but not particularly friendly either. The device is functional but simple. Dinner was good. It was ok for one night. However, apparently they took a tourist tax from me, although according to booking it should be included in the price. Unfortunately, I only found out about it later.

The guest house enjoys a central location in the middle of nature between Mittenwald, Leutasch and Scharnitz, making it an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling trips. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Homemade restaurant with simple and tasty cuisine. the staff is very friendly.

The room was beautifully furnished (no "standard goods"), the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good too. The food in the restaurant is excellent (excellent regional dishes) and at the same time cheaper than abroad (Mittenwald).

The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The dining rooms were furnished in a rustic style and the food was very good. Direct access to the trail.

For cross-country skiing in the Leutasch Valley: ideal location on the cross-country ski run and clear hiking trails in beautiful natural surroundings. Small room with wood paneling. Cute.

If you are looking for true Tyrolean charm and great attention to detail, Gasthof zur Mühle is the place to be. Everyone else will find a suitable option in the village. Not only the practical location with direct links to the network of hiking and cycling trails, but also the amazingly delicious dishes made from local or homemade products make the hotel a pleasant place to travel. We also really enjoyed the peace and quiet (no TV or radio) and being able to really switch off and enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The tavern allows the attentive guest at every corner to notice that he is in Tyrol. Fortunately, there is no sterility and neutrality of the hotel. The village and the inn become very quiet in the evenings (8/9 pm). With the windows open, you can hear the sound of grazing cows and the pure nature of the mountains. We are happy that we accidentally stumbled upon the hotel (dogs allowed ;) ) and booked it for our next holiday in Tyrol. Room 22 says thank you!

Comfortable, very large room decorated in a quaint rustic style but with authentic furnishings. Not everyone likes it, but we like it. The rooms are so clean! The beds are very comfortable and finally not sagging. Good combination of hard and soft. For us with a herniated disc, it was a restful night's sleep. And nothing is missing. The owners of the house are quiet guys. The breakfast was manageable and quite sufficient. Every morning, for everyone, a freshly boiled egg from domestic chickens. The food from the restaurant is a treat for the palate and we are happy to recommend it to others. Thursday is a well deserved day off.

Characteristic place

The traditional "Gasthof zur Mühle" is idyllically located near the "Geisterklamm" in the small suburb of Leutasch. The area offers very good opportunities for hiking and e-biking. The house is managed qualitatively, competently and benevolently; it offers the typical atmosphere of a Tyrolean country hotel. Ate there every evening - very good. No wonder the tables in the tavern were always busy. Our room was large and had a balcony; the facility was functional, wifi available. We could store our e-bikes in a locked garage.

Quirky, comfortable rooms. Great for slowing down as there is no TV, just the ringing of bells from the pasture. Very good hosts and very tasty food. Good starting point for hiking.

Excellent cuisine

In difficult general conditions (Ms. Merkel's order: "Tyrol is a risk"), the accommodation, organization and support from the economy were excellent. We hope that "Gasthof zur Mühle" will survive all the hostilities against the Tyroleans and that soon we will be able to be guests again.

Anyone who sees the hotel for the first time remembers German films about the motherland of the 1950s. "Rustic" with a tendency towards darkness describes it best. The entrance hall and staircase at first glance do not look very attractive, but the guest room in a positive sense corresponds to all the stamps of such a house. The outside terrace is quite simple. The rooms are surprisingly well equipped and certainly not for a single room with a balcony. Good tractors. The restaurant uses ingredients from its own farm; The food prices are perhaps too high for the location and atmosphere. Good parking right next to the house. Caution: the road from Mittenwald is inconvenient for large vehicles, as it is narrow and winding.
