great for us
Super nice hosts, everything was very clean, well equipped, the bread roll service was great. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Everything you need, wonderfully warm, cozy and a perfect location!
The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. Nice and warm, wonderful beds, excellent kitchen and a beautiful view of the slopes. With two small children we could easily walk to the elevator. We only found out on the last day that we could have ordered bread, so that would have made it even better :)
We are very satisfied! The only downsides we can think of are that the accommodation could have been a bit cleaner, especially on the floor there were hairs and dust. And it would have been nice if the duvets had had an insert cover. Now we had cold feet or the blanket fell off the (children's) beds at night.

We will gladly return!
The hosts were very, very nice. We felt comfortable from the very beginning. The house is located in the center of Lermoos, but you can't hear the street at all. The best starting point for hiking. Beautiful apartment overlooking (as the name of the house :D) the top, meadows and forests. A very relaxing stay. The bread service in front of the door was of course an extra luxury that we were very happy to accept :)

Beautiful view of the mountains
The apartment is very cozy and just a few minutes walk from the village, the view of the mountains is wonderful.

Really cool!
Great location and mountain view! The apartment is large and very well furnished! Everything was there. Possibility to store bicycles in the house. Everything is very neat and clean! We will be back!!

Wonderful vacation in a great location! The best place for winter sports!
Very friendly staff. Apartment with a beautiful view of the slopes and a balcony facing south-west. The apartment was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Little things have also been thought of, such as trash bags (including separate trash), dishwasher tablets, coffee filters and a bottle of wine on arrival. Walking distance to the ski lift! In short, we will be back!

Good, clean base for pleasant walks
The hosts took us to the station and back, were very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean and the apartment has a nice balcony with great views close to the center. And there is a good shower!
The living-dining room is small, the sofa can accommodate up to 2 people. The rest should sit at the dinner table in the evening. And pets are allowed. Even though it was well cleaned, I unfortunately still noticed. But if you don't have allergies, it's certainly not a problem!

Vacation, pure nature.
The apartment has an excellent location. The weather was great and there was a lot of work. There is something here for every taste, be it hiking, action (archery, suspension bridge) or relaxation. The hosts were very nice. Nice apartment for 3 people.

Great getaway to relax in a beautiful area!
Convenient location with great views from the balcony. Kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly hostess. And this, combined with the beautiful summer weather and beautiful surroundings, makes the holiday perfect! The "Gaste-card" was already ready, and we followed the tip of the Z-card. This allows you to enjoy many amenities at a reasonable price (especially at the end of the season for stays of 7 nights or more).

Stay at home with a view to the top
The hotel is in a quiet location, yet very central, so you can go shopping, the bank or the restaurants a few hundred meters away. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.
Unfortunately the apartment was not clean when we arrived and we vacuumed to remove hair and dust. The beds are very hard, everyone had back pain.

Great vacation, clean vacation!
The location is great! From the large balcony you have a great view of the Zugspitze. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help. Every morning the order of buns is just around the corner! We were very satisfied! We rarely see such hospitality!

Lermoos is located in a beautiful valley and we enjoyed many opportunities in this area.
The location is fantastic with a beautiful view and very close to the Bergbahn.
The balcony is a bit cramped but we were out all day anyway.

The location is perfect, unfortunately too cold :-(
Bun service, location and view.
The apartment was too cold despite numerous requests, the heating did not work at full capacity, the heated towel rails in the bathroom were a little warm, the promised replacement towels were not provided.
