it was a perfect holiday in this beautiful hotel, we will definitely repeat that.
We just liked everything, very friendly and courteous staff, feel-good atmosphere, the well-coordinated decor, especially the food, the offers. it was just perfect.

Very good hotel for ski holidays and wellness..
Room size, breakfast and dinner very good products and fast, friendly service.. the two Wellness areas a bit far apart but that is due to the size of the hotel... but everything was fine and clean... heated outdoor pool was very nice and we made good use of the various saunas... small ski area nearby... that was also very good in terms of price/performance . A good time spent in a great hotel.
No way to regulate the room temperature..we found it too warm to sleep...

A great hotel, highly recommended!
The extremely friendly staff, the warm atmosphere, the fantastic wellness department, but it should be emphasized that the excellent food - breakfast, as well as dinner, was a dream. The place is very pretty and manageable, great walking and hiking opportunities.
Our room was very nice and large, but unfortunately it was directly above the kitchen. The heating seemed old, unfortunately at night again and again starting noises. The bathrooms on the floor were very noisy, you could hear the flushing of the next-door neighbors all the time. The pillows need to be replaced. VERY IMPORTANT! This is only subjective and constructive criticism :)

Perfect, rarely eaten so well.
A super hotel, very good food, perfect wellness area with pool, very nice employees, very nice boss (family) beautiful location of the hotel, everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect with us.
The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is generally beautiful. The location was great everything was within reach to see what you wanted.
I dont know! Anything else would be whining at a high level.

A very relaxing week.
The wellness center was great. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. The service staff were very friendly and attentive.
The dogs were placed in adjacent rooms, which was also well audible.

It was very beautiful
We were there for our honeymoon. They made a lot of effort with us and there were a few surprises in the room. The staff were very nice and helpful. The spa, pool and sauna were great.
From time to time the quality of the meat could be better or better done, but that was a small thing.

much more than the pictures
super place - the hotel is much more than the pictures. super cozy.
they had a little difficulty understanding my allergies, but they really tried - and they even brought special desserts, but the language barrier made me a little uneasy.

Nice stay
Lovely pools. Children and adults enjoyed themselves. Good and large selection of food from the buffet.
The playground and multitrack need a major overhaul.

A very beautiful place. Lovingly designed and excellent wellness center. The food is very good and the staff is very nice. We recommend.
The room was rather cold and dark. Apparently the oldest part of the hotel. The equipment needs a major overhaul. hair dryer is very old. The lighting in the rooms is dark. Save Battery is low. The shower door is broken. The deals at the hotel were better than on Booking.com.

Short visit to Tyrol
Very large beautiful room with comfortable beds. Underground parking is great too. The balcony was very large. The wellness center is huge and offers more than some thermal baths. The food was a dream! From the cleaning lady to the front desk, all the staff were very friendly and competent. It was a very pleasant stay and we can absolutely recommend the hotel!!!
It would have been even better if our request for a quiet room had been taken into account. The room overlooking the car park above the main entrance is not very suitable for people looking for peace and quiet. Especially when there are seating areas for smokers in the entrance area. It would be nice to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. It's available in almost every hotel in the world these days.

Very relaxing
We had a very nice "moms without kids" weekend. The area is very beautiful, unfortunately, it only rained here all the time. So we could relax and dedicate ourselves to the entire wellness area. And this area was very large and diverse. Sooner or later we were cooked in a restaurant. It was very tasty, very fresh and there was at least a 5 course menu for everyone (also for vegetarians). We ended the day at the bar. The staff were nice but somehow lacked fun at work. The massage was ok. Too loose, but you can just say a note and it will snuggle tightly. 😊

A very well run hotel for a great vacation!
All dishes were delicious and everyone had something to their liking!
Signs to the wellness and Saina zones. With a robe across the dining room into the room while the first guests are having dinner, I don't think so!

Great days are everywhere
Great delicious food presented with a lot of love! Staff who were very friendly, beautiful room and super equipped gym. Thank you for the great days and the small travel expenses for your onward journey! The price-quality ratio is excellent!

very good breakfast and dinner (buffet) excellent wellness center with salt pool and beautiful pool with pleasant water temperatures Nice, large rooms, very well maintained
The beds were too hard for my taste. The safe was in the closet without a clasp - you can just take it away and it doesn't make much sense.

Definitely recommended
The hotel was very nice and very clean. The location is a good starting point. Unfortunately the food didn't convince me. I'm used to other food in a 4 star deluxe hotel. The staff is very, very friendly. The wellness center is in very good condition. the pool is fantastic. the dining room is very tastefully decorated.

Great time and total relaxation
The hotel is very nicely decorated with many different rooms, very cozy, very relaxing and very stylish. The Gruber family with their team of body care specialists fully lives up to their demands.

Expectations were fully justified!

Weight instead of class
gym. open pool.
Buffet instead of menu. Dogs in the cafeteria. The double room is listed as a suite. Children in the spa and wellness center. No rest or relaxation. Breakfast was only standard not 4 stars.

Overall, we had a great stay at Alpina, which we will definitely repeat.
The hotel has a very nice and spacious spa area and a large outdoor area with a swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The very varied and very high quality hotel staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive. Everything here really revolves around the guest.
Our room, junior suite, was very spacious and very clean, but could be upgraded or refurbished.

So great!!
Great suite, nice hotel and nice staff.
Great place to stay! Cyclists also get their money here. The staff are very polite and helpful. The snacks and evening buffet are a little expensive. Overall our stay as a couple was very enjoyable and we will probably be back next year.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect for our taste !! Thanks again to the staff / waiter / maid for an unforgettable stay - THANKS A lot of help on excursions, everything was very, very easy.
The path from the room to the sauna was a bit cumbersome, but if you knew where to go, good!

Why travel so far, there are beautiful places and hotels on the doorstep of Germany
Great hotel if you want to pamper yourself. I don't want to give away too much - just go there and enjoy. But don't forget to exercise while enjoying good food 😉 Food, wellness area and rooms are great. Moreover, swimming in the fresh air without freezing with a view of the mountains is wonderful. Also thanks to the friendly and competent staff.
There is always something to complain about, but in this case there is nothing to mention. People have already complained about getting great food from the buffet. Like so much else, this is a matter of attitude and does not apply to a recession.

We were completely satisfied and will return to Alpina.
The hotel was very quiet, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were large, clean, the food was very good, nicely and deliciously cooked, although it was a buffet. We really liked the way the restaurant is arranged: small rooms with names, similar to a hut, then in the middle there is a large country bar - also similar to a hut - and “around” there are small beautiful rooms. Very comfortable, attentive service - we were very satisfied.
The wood floor in the room would have been more pleasant to us than the carpet, but our enthusiasm is still there.

WE WANT TO RETURN:
Breakfast is whatever your heart desires. The wellness center is a dream come true. The room is cozy. There was nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about !!

Very bad, gastronomy: the buffet was very eaten 30 minutes before the end, the quality of food is average at best... Creme brulee was brought on request (this was originally on the buffet), the quality is "terrible". The bread was still damp from defrosting. The service was attentive enough but essentially unfriendly. After that at the bar: the worst mojito I've ever had (wrong ingredients and just mixed without commitment: the mint must be pounded or the flavor doesn't develop) ... and the bartenders didn't care...

This hotel has everything for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
We felt completely comfortable, had a good time and had a good rest. The evening buffet was rich and very good.
A high-level complaint: Our bathroom would have had room for two sinks, or at least a large one.

A very nice relaxing week with lots of wellness and hiking.
Very good food, top notch wellness service, top notch massage service, good walking and cycling site.
Unfortunately the hotel is close to a busy street.

An excellent value for money hotel with very friendly hosts. Gladly again!
Excellent cuisine, pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Buffet with a wide selection of food in excellent quality. The rooms are traditionally furnished but very spacious and functional. Fixed reserved parking space in the underground car park.
Ayurvedic treatments fell short of expectations because they were no different from traditional massage.

It was a wonderful stay that exceeded all our expectations!
We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect break for us. Various touches of the house completed the stay for us.
At breakfast this could be an advantage if everyone didn't have to look for a seat first. In the sense of allocating a place like at dinner. But this is high-level whining.

Immediately again also suitable for a short trip
The equipment of the spa area was absolute 1a. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and varied with a lot of choice. Vegetarian alternatives have always been offered. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, I really enjoyed it.

The food was unclear; first reported in the main dining room, then sat elsewhere in the hotel next to the "nagging" kids, then walked back and forth to pick up food from the main dining room.

Great stay and great vacation.
The breakfast was great. Nothing to complain about. A bit out of the way but still very well located. If it was right there, it wouldn't be as good. On the slope next to the forest. Invites you to go hiking, walking or cycling.

Nice hotel with old fashioned rooms
Restaurant and rooms are very clean. The restaurant is also nicely decorated. The breakfast is good and corresponds to the category.
The suite was not up to the standard shown in the Booking.com photos. We ended up in a large room with moderate standard amenities. Wooden furniture with the charm of the past. The bathroom is usually equipped with a hand shower as a shower. Poor value for money

Best location and yet very personal
top location. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. Huge room (junior suite), despite the heat of a pleasant temperature. Wonderful wellness center with outdoor pool, very comfortable sun loungers, great views of the Unterbergshorn, Wilden and Sachmen Kaiser. Despite the size of the hotel, the hotel is personal, the boss's family is present. Although we were only weekend guests, we were treated the same as regular holidaymakers.
A small cherry on the cake will be freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, loose tea in a tea samovar, bubble chairs or a jacuzzi in the outdoor wellness area, extended wellness and dinner hours (ideally until 21:00).
