Beautiful family accommodation 1
We particularly liked the fact that we could reach everything on foot. Since the hosts had a small farm with dairy cows, we always had fresh milk and they had chickens so there were also eggs. The hosts were very friendly. You could reach everything by bike, beautiful bike paths in the immediate vicinity. Same with grocery stores.
Everything was perfect except the dishwasher could be a little bigger. But that was insignificant.

Fantastic and always happy
The view is fantastic .. check in the morning whether the 'wilder Kaiser' is visible or has disappeared in the fog. The toboggan hill behind the house was a dream for the children and petting the cows was included.

Panorama on the Wilder Kaiser
The biggest advantage of our second stay in the Grunbacher studio in Kossen is the location of the facility, close to the center, 2 min. walk to the market, 3 min. by car, to the ski slope, and at the same time perfect peace. The apartment is perfectly clean, with a balcony with cross-country trails and a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
A little poorly equipped kitchenette and mini fridge, but we knew that,

A beautiful place for a well-deserved vacation :)
A beautiful place for people who like silence. The hosts are really fine and kind. Room very large and clean, beautiful surroundings, shop very close. For people who like to spend time actively, there are many different bicycle and running paths. Overall, I can recommend it to everyone :)

Great accommodation in a great location
Of particular note is the unobstructed view of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed and had a great time at the Grünbacher guesthouse in and around Kessen!

Relaxing, fulfilling stay in a beautiful setting.
Fantastic mountain view. The accommodation is cozy, clean and well equipped. Opportunity for activities in all areas. The host family is very friendly and happy to help.

A very nice place in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the few days we spent in Grünbacher. A beautiful land unknown to us. Everything was very good. We will definitely return to Grünbacher if we can.

Nice accommodation with a great view
Very nice owner with his livestock. There are fresh eggs. Very good value for money. Great view of the Kaiser mountains from the balcony.
Further outside. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Kessen. This must be taken into account before starting the trips.

Ideal for a holiday in Tyrol
We really liked the rural setting, the landscape, the tranquility and the comfort of the apartment. The kindness and careful treatment of the hosts. All excellent. very clean

Very beautiful
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, the view of the Kaiser mountains was fantastic.
The bathroom is a little small, especially if you wash dishes there. We only cooked breakfast there, then everything was fine.

Lovely winter holiday
Convenient location within walking distance from Mprice, but very quiet place, complete silence at night, during the day a beautiful view of the Widler Kaiser from the balcony.
Kitchenette facilities are a bit poor.
