Communication is not fast/timely, the offered and promised parking space was not reserved. The booking was rejected.

Great accommodation for a short break in Innsbruck.
Nice, spacious and well equipped apartment, located just above the city center. With great views of the city and mountains. Bus stop right next to the house. In a few minutes you are in the old town, which can also be easily and quickly reached on foot.
There are no public places for long-term parking nearby (only on Sundays). However, the house has several parking spaces for 15 euros per day (advance booking recommended). On weekdays, there are a lot of cars on the street in front of the house. But with the windows closed you can hardly hear anything.

Ideal!
Gorgeous apartment with great views! Close to bus stops. We were delighted with our stay. The accommodation is very well equipped, with very nice touches. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Ideal for exploring Innsbruck and its surroundings.

Combination of city trips, starting point in ski areas such as Kühtai or Stubai, tobogganing, hiking.
This villa is located right in the botanical garden and offers great mountain views, especially from the top floor. From the dining room you have the Nordkette within your reach and from the living room and bedroom you have a direct view of the Bergisel. Parking right in front of the house. The apartment is modern and very tastefully furnished, the old villa is lovingly decorated with bay windows. A few steps from the city center with attractions and shops. Optimal location! We are delighted and will definitely be back.
I would like three hooks for shower towels. Everything else is perfect.

Perfect for a short vacation with the family 🤩
The accommodation was very good, the hilly place was quiet. The old town was easily accessible by bus or on foot.
The beds were 140cm for two adults but too small. 😉

Great days in Innsbruck
The accommodation, beautifully renovated villa in Hetting, impresses with its very good location, directly in the botanical garden, with a beautiful view of the south of Innsbruck and the Patscherkofel. The bus stop is in close proximity, the old town is also within walking distance, almost ideal for families with children. There are parking spaces. We would like to thank our very friendly and nice hostess, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Spacious accommodation near the center.
Very good location due to walking distance from the center and next to a beautiful park. The apartment is spacious and was clean. The area is quiet and close to shops and several restaurants.
The parking lot was sometimes full even though we paid for a spot. There were only 4 dishwashing tablets available even though there were 5 of us all week. I should have bought more for myself.

Excellent apartment in the center for a long stay
Very nicely decorated, newly furnished apartment in a beautiful old building in a residential area. There were five of us (2 adults and 3 teenagers) for three nights and we had plenty of space thanks to two bedrooms plus a dining kitchen and living room with a nice large sofa bed and great mountain views from all windows. . In summer, a winter garden in one of the bedrooms is also great. October was too cold for that.
High-level whining: As with most apartments: good kitchen knives.

We stayed in the city more, because the apartment did not feel comfortable.
The proximity to the old town and the bus service are excellent. The view in all directions was wonderful. The object was visually appealing.
The furniture was functional but uncomfortable. A few dishes so that you can use the dishwasher from time to time. The pots are also of very poor quality, making them difficult to cook. The faucet in the kitchen continues to flow. Deep bowls for simple soup, no spaghetti. There is also no toilet paper holder. The toilet is full of duvets, mattresses, etc. so there is not much room for your stuff. We can say that here the emphasis was placed on modern optics and the cost of acquiring it. Not for comfort and well-being. Parking is a more precise job with a large car because the cars are outside the designated parking spaces.

The space of the apartment.
I was not given the access code for the key. This is an Austrian tenant who had the owner's phone number where I could contact him. He didn't speak English, again, it was a very friendly tenant who acted as an interpreter and punched in a code on the key box.

Nice apartment but not for six people
It is very clean and well equipped. The beds are spacious and comfortable. It is located very close to the historical center.
Firstly, it does not have an elevator and if you have a second floor like we do, raising and lowering suitcases is an inconvenience. The second is that there is only one bathroom. The apartment for 6 adults with one bathroom is very inconvenient, besides the door does not have a latch, and we had to figure out how to make a busy / free sign so that we could use it safely. One bedroom had windows that could not be blacked out. We miss the trash can in the rooms

Very nice apartment.
The 140 cm wide bed is suitable even for slender people who have just fallen in love ... to the limit. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

Wunderbar
Very quiet place. You are in the center in 10 minutes, but you have to overcome several meters of height. Very spacious, clean and modern furnished apartment (No. 4), ideal for 2 adults with a child. The bay window is truly a highlight.
Attention - access is via the Botanikerstrasse and not via the Sternwartestraße as indicated by the various route developers! Not barrier-free - that's clear with this old beautiful villa. Very large pillows for the head of medium practicality.

Great apartment
We were in apartment 6. This is a beautifully furnished apartment in a beautiful old house. It is modern and bright, located within walking distance from the center. The apartment is clean with great food. We liked that there were flowers at the entrance, very atmospheric!
The water in the shower was not very hot and there was no hot water in the kitchen. The bed was made of flannel, but without a smooth bottom.

Everything around is perfect!
The apartment was perfect for us and everything we need is there. We were there with 3 kids and we had enough space to play and run around. The hostess is very nice and available immediately if you have any questions. The old town is just a few minutes walk and there is a lot to discover in the immediate vicinity of the apartments. All in all, it was a very good holiday. We will return again and again!

Just a few minutes walk from the old town you live here in a very quiet charming hillside location. Unfortunately, we were only on the way, but next time we would like to stay longer! Thanks:-)

Great stay in a beautiful IBK
We had a wonderful family holiday in Innsbruck in one of the beautiful apartments in a typical Innsbruck villa. The equipment is excellent, modern and not overloaded. According to our taste. Everything was there, everything you need for life, and everything was very clean and freshly renovated. When we arrived late at night due to traffic, handing over the keys went smoothly. The very nice hostess even contacted us in advance and offered us a small welcome drink. Location in one of the best areas of Innsbruck, quiet and with great views of the mountains of Innsbruck. You can quickly walk to the city or just use the bus right in front of the house!
