Excellent location, clean unpretentious room in a tower block.
Large and quiet room, excellent location to go to the center of Innsbruck on foot, located just across the river. Clean room and nice mountain view.
The structure is a huge concrete building a little out of context, the collection of the keys is at a bar in the center and with the parking difficulties it is not so convenient to collect them. The lift reaches the 8th floor while the apartment is on the 9th floor. Nice huge terrace but with weeds in the middle of the tiles, a little let go. No TV, furniture and "recycled" finishing touches that are obviously old things adapted for rent.

Satisfaction
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, in a very good location. Beautiful view from the terrace. The owner was very helpful and communication went smoothly. I recommend it to everyone.

Good location, the apartment shows its age and is minimally equipped. Not very clean.
The location of the property is very good. The view, size and beds are great and match the description, we slept well and calmly. The host was also easy to contact via email.
The kitchen was not cleaned properly. The glasses in the cupboard were wet, and the cups were not all clean. Unfortunately there was no dishwashing liquid. WiFi didn't work (WLAN router lay on the table / no cable). The apartment serves a purpose but unfortunately not worth the money.

Unfortunately disappointing
The beds were comfortable. The apartment is not very far from the center, very bright and has shutters and blinds in case you need it dark. The lady from the Munding cafe where you have to pick up the keys was nice and took her time. The terrace has a great view (but not maintained at all).
No way to cook!! The stove and oven were broken. There was no microwave!! Unfortunately, the apartment does not match the description. We wanted an apartment precisely because of the kitchen. We realized that it would not be possible to cook only in the evening, when we had already bought everything and wanted to have a cozy dinner with the children in the apartment. The owner is very difficult to contact, only the next day he only texted us back and didn't take us seriously. He gave us no solution, no apologies. This was very annoying and disappointing. We also didn't have an internet connection. WiFi with password worked but internet connection was never possible. There was also no clothes hanger. The chairs were very old and almost broken.

Basic apartment, but great view!
Fantastic roof terrace with the best view of the city and mountains! Located super centrally.

Ok for us, just wanted to sleep but TV and coffee maker would still be in place.
Central location, good view, no noise from neighbors or road/traffic, in principle everything is available for an overnight stay of 4 people.
The heating in the bathroom didn't work, there was a baking sheet with leftovers in the oven, the apartment was finished very late, the terrace looked like they were going to store bulky waste. I had to contact the landlord several times, because it was not clear what kind of apartment it was in the house, and Wi-Fi did not work.

The owner does not at all strive to make your stay more comfortable.
Lots of windows, and Amazing view from the window to the mountains, proximity to the old center of Innsbruck
Inconvenient check-in (the keys are in one place, then you run around the entrances on your own, looking for the right apartment). There was no soap and detergent in the apartment at all, there was no dish detergent in the kitchen, sponges and dishcloths were terribly dirty. After checking in, I wrote a letter to the owner asking for cleaning supplies. No answer, no hello.

Ideal bearings
The camp is ideal for Innsbruck - and has the best view of the entire city and surroundings, from Nordkette to Bergisel, including the river and the airport. Ideal for a family with 2 children.
Parking here is not easy, always paying only on weekends after 13:00. The equipment of the apartment is a little scarce, but sufficient. Information about the apartment - surroundings are desirable. or information about Mühl - Separating - Disposal is completely missing.

Great location, huge terrace
Great location, 15 min. to the station/centre. 5 minutes to university, 10 min. to the university clinic. On the 9th floor, elevator to the 8th. Great view, huge roof terrace.

Not recommended
Check in and breakfast were about 20 minutes away. The equipment of the apartment did not match the proposal at all. Check in was a disaster as the apartment was about 20 minutes away from key collection. The apartment was in a residential building - no sign, no help, no number to find an apartment. The breakfast (too far from the apartment) was a disaster - far from a continental breakfast.

Beautiful view of Innsbruck
Even though we were late for check-in, we found a solution, thank you very much. The hosts were always very nice and helpful! There is a huge terrace with great views!
