Beautiful place and peace and quiet A lot of walking on the doorstep.
Nostalgic house "truly Austrian". The host/wife Mario and Maritza are very friendly and open. Mario can give you a lot of advice on viewing and human nature.
Nothing . You are really here for peace (silence) and the place is very beautiful. Even deer come close to the fence.

An absolute recommendation for a relaxing holiday in the Kitzbühler Alps.
Fine. Quiet place. Very good rooms. Spacious. Very cozy with 2 stoves in addition to heating. Ideal for 4 people.

Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, skiing and of course the whole family.
The house is perfectly located. Wonderfully quiet in beautiful nature, but also very close to the Hopfgarten. The hospitality was top notch (e.g. the owner provided a blanket for the windshield so we didn't have to itch in the morning)
